Well, I am not even going to go into how big the leafs were but I have buds the size of footballs(leafy) from the MxA......stout grower, that's for sure. I had a plant in 12/12(dwc) for over 100 days and just harvested it and it could have gone longer! It did dry out to over 5 zips and is now curing. This is the funniest smelling stuff I ve ever grown! Lemon Cake w/frosting? Pledge, anyone?
The other 10 or so I grew out were in an GH AF20 straight from clone and were in 12/12 over 70 days.<----they averaged over an ounce.
IMO, this is terrible weed to grow. Unless you love leafy bud, and more leaf, and more leaf, and still even more; maybe this is for you. The trics didn't start showing until the last couple of weeks. I completely had to rape these girl of their leafs thoughout the grow and still had bud that came out yellow from never getting enough light....I had more than enough light on them it just couldn't get through the canopy----I seriously had leaf that was over 2" wide by 1' long! I've never had any strain drink so much water and gooble up the nutes as this pheno did.
Maybe I grew it wrong......this was most definately 100% Indica, which I dont think I have much experience with if this is what it is............
The smoke??? Well, it's still curing. I hope that is what it is..... it had nice smell and taste but is still harsh and needs more cure. I hope it gets a bit more potent too. I must be spoiled with all the bud I grow because this stuff doesn't even get me high. I haven't even let any of the people I take care of try it......I am embarrassed practically.......
In defense of this MxA, I am a sog type grower and this stuff needs room to fill out. I also need to keep my 12/12 time to under 70 days, usually only 58 with pheno SS I always run clones from. I tried a few different ways with this MxA, pretty much all the same outcome. I lolli-popped a couple and let a few go wild.......I did them in dwc, aero/nft, ebb/flo.....No soil, so maybe something there? I ran all Canna Aqua nutes, with and without PK13/14, and I ran one table with 4 plants using GH's Flora Series........

This is the AF with about 6 in her(the dwc that had 5+zips is sitting at the end and was only 19" tall!-----Keep in mind moast all the leaf(70%) was already removed...
yes, and this is a well abused bud pic! Looks like leather leafs that are heat stressed and all hammered on. These were covered by other leafs, belive it or not........
The last pic was like three weeks before the chop and it was still immature---the trics didn't start to cloud until when I was harvesting..... I had NO choice.
