NY Medical Marijuana, Assembly Bill 7542, Senate Bill 4041-A

Oh my god, this is so fucking great! I am in NY and for once on RIU I see my own state is trying to do this thank you Jesus Christ!
 
Sent my emails out the other day for this. Lets hope it passes this time. Last 2 times it just died didn't it? Never got called to a vote by the senate last time around I think.


I'm all for it. This is why I use mj. I have a lower back injury as well and a neck injury. Tired of the pills myself. Thats why I started smoking.

with the Democratic leaders it will most likely get called for vote.

It is hilarious, one of the men who is involved passing this, his name is Joe Morrelle. His wife was my Middle School ELA Teacher and man was she a bitch. My Mom cussed her ass out in the school lobby! It was fucking classic.

I also still didn't like that bitch so I prank called his house and said STUPID WHORE!...FUCK!....5 minutes later he calls back and says who is this?

I was like....Damn.

Shouldn't be a problem there. Had a couple bad surgeries. Currently going to pain managment now for all this crap. Been out of work because of it for awhile now so I shouldn't have any trouble getting it unless it doesn't pass. In that case i will just continue on like I am now. I hope it does pass this time. I know alot of people can benifit from this passing. Not just myself. Even if I wouldn't need it I still would be all for it.

absolutely, my wifes best friend died 3 years ago from cancer, she was on the synthetic THC pill but it just wasn't the same. :(
 
Thought I would bump this up so more people get a chance to see it. Come on guys send out those emails. Time to get involved if you haven't yet. It's still not too late to send out your emails. MPP has a drafted letter ready to be sent out. All you need to do is put you name on it, or a fake one lol.
 
Really suprised this thread hasn't taken off. I really hope the silence majority are getting involved in this if you live in this state.

What after? Basically, what does this have to go through in order for the law to get put into place.
