Wow i just started to Grow this past 3 months i got my bill last week! it was !1,130 In Souther California?

Why is it so High?

I use

1000 watt MH 18hrs a day
1000 watt Portable AC star 18hrs a day
and a 8 bulb sunmaster t5 400 watt 18hrs a day?

Does this make sense that i get a 1,130 bill for 3 items?
4 bedroom single story home in a residential been my home for 10 years! what did i do wrong?

my bill TEAR went from .6 Cents a KWH tp .19 KWH in one month! is there a way to beat this? how can i grow with a bill like this?

Please help!

the "tiers" you speak of work like this

this is just an example


for your first 100kw - 7 cents a kw

from 100-500kw - 10 cents a kw

from 500-1000 kw 13 cents a kw



this is just an exmaple, but this is how the tier system works

towards the end of the power month, your going to be paying for more per kilowatt

if your running on 24/0 thats also going to be wasting money

you might want to get a smaller setup if your afraid of getting caught/going broke

Just those three items use 43.2 KWH per day, or 1296 KWH per month.

At .06 per KWH your cost is $77.76 per month - at .19 per KWH you cost is $264.24 per month for just those three items.

then why would you waste your time on an indoor grow...nothing beats the sun,its free and grows way better quality stuff then any light bulb ever could. :).....move it all outside to your back yard :)

Do they check your high uses and ask why is so high?

do they check your house in or out?

No they do not check anything, you just go to some small office and make an appointment, then the next day go back and watch some hour movie about saving power and shit. Then bam light bill is gone, go buy some drugs with your money now. :weed:

or solar panels its expensive set up but u set ip up as a 7 year loan only like 300 bucks a month and then in 7 years almost no electrcity bill if you can get the loan not trying to be mean or anything
