Um nothing on norml talks about cultivation for texas.

What is the penalty for growing marijuana in texas. If you have 4-5 plants what would be the penalty? Links pls dont just guess

It really depends where you get caught, if you're fortunate enough to live in Austin, which is dramatically more liberal than the rest of Texas, you're wayyy better off.

dude none of that helps me. I want to know the EXACT penalties for cultivation. That link i already read says nothing about growing and your stupid response about black/mexican makes you sound ignorant.

I jus want to know the actual penalties if your caught cultivation pot.

I didn't say anything about being black or mexican. Don't quote me, call me ignorant, for something I didn't even say, that my friend is just plain stupid.

No case is black and white. The link I provided showed you minimum and maximum state sentences. If you want to know exactly so bad go tell the police you're growing and see what they say.

I read in an earlier thread today that 1 plant in texas = death penalty. I know it was BS but they were talking about harsh laws.

Maybe someone will come across this thread that knows and can answer.

im sure the penalties in texas are harsh i know in some southern states a plant with a root system no matter sex or size is considerd a pound. im sure in good ole texas they would be more leniante to a white dude more then a black dude or a pisa

This is a great question I wish someone could actually answer, instead of posting sarcastic comments like "call the police and find out"- I don't understand how this is not considered a legitimate and important question, is it better to be ignorant of the law? If you don't have the answer and don't care to help find it, then there's no reason to even waste your time posting here...and it also doesn't help that people continue to post links that clearly do not have the information...I don't understand that either
