Funny thread, people are so paranoid, i prefer to do research instead of listening to random people, go look at bust that are being made(you know they arent secret or anything) They are all tipped off by somebody. Cops arent cruising around in helicopters scanning random houses and random electric bill, those are the things they do after they are on to you, they arent things that lead to a search warrant they are the things they have to have a search warrant to do. You will need over a 1000watts easy to even show up on FLIR, and has far as electricity goes, do you have any idea how many watts a computer is, or other devices? And just because you dont get busted in the first 6 months doesnt mean you wont get busted, like i said it wont be flir or the electrical company that gets you it will be a tip,and once you do start using that grow room thats when you have to worry about somebody smelling or noticing something.

Now that takes some nuts, I will not grow outside. First off the deer would eat it and second off the state I live in is full of adventure nuts that love to be outside and look at all the plants! I have thought about a guerrilla grow but I think that I would be pushing my luck.

OregonMeds, your a MMJ card holder right? What are the laws in Oregon? When they decide to pass the MMJ here it will require being grown indoors behind a lock and key and a maximum of 6 plants at any one time and 1 once dried at any one time.

How do you adjust your lighting in the back of the room. I have used CFLs before and there is a lot of tweaking to be done with them. I'll bet it is tedious to adjust 80 lights all the time.

Don't let your room limit your grow.
Think outside the box.

They share 1kw per 6 plants until they're about this fat with bud then they need more than one because you're right penetration goes away as they get even thicker.

It takes a few other tricks too but no, they've never seen the sun not once and they've never been in a taller room.

There is no reason to be scared at all about the electric bill, especially if you live in the location! I run multiple reef fish tanks and have an average 500-600 dollar bill every month and I haven't had any problems. If anything you will be the 1 that get's yourself busted by doing something stupid, Any way's you are obviously using the Internet what safety net's do you use on there?

Oh on oregon limits, yes I am a legal cardholder. 6 plants per patient, up to four patients per grower, 1.5 POUNDS of final product per patient, multiple growers per household allowed.

First off, the cops would need more than just high electrical usage to obtain a warrant. The electric companies DO NOT just provide, willy nilly, all your usage info to the cops (though anyone can access the information, but it's worthless unless there is some other evidence of growing. High electrical usage is evidence of NOTHING, except running a lot of electrical appliances). In the winter, I run 3-4 1500W space heaters. My electric bill in the winter is at least double what it is in the spring/summer/fall. IF the cops were looking for a certain pattern of usage (higher usage for several months out of the year) then I fit that pattern to a T, and so does anyone else who heats their home with space heaters (potentially thousands of people in any given city). Strangely enough, I've never had the police knock on my door to ask me why my bill is so high for 3 months during the winter.

Electrical usage is NOT a reliable way to pinpoint indoor cannabis grows. The electrical companies WANT you to use more electricity, because that's how they make money. As long as you pay your bill on time and don't STEAL electricity, you'll be fine.

I have to agree with Oregon...I've read a lot of threads here in my short stay...and the information given is all over the fucking place.

Which is a shame as it really isn't rocket science to grow a weed. I have a very meager set-up but was about to pull 1.5 oz of mids to heads from a plant. The smoke is great in high...my curing skills are still below average.
(I do not have humidity meters, temp gauges, etc) I kinda wing it and hopefully err on the side of caution. (no hardcore sweating of buds for me!)

But I've read some advice in here that would DESTROY your crop, give it nute burn, kill it within hours...etc. Just wacky shiite.

People want to be all big and bad...but what's the fecking point? It's not like the guy with the most green dots gets a blowjob by the playmate of the month or something! There is NO reward for green boxes people.

In my area the pigly wiglys are looking for the out door grows rather than indoor.
I don't have any traffic at my place other than me and I keep my place taken care of and the bills as paid as possible
I look like any other outta work fool in town and I think as long as I'm not crankin out $500 power bills I will be just fine.

Plp around me get busted for all the traffic mainly because of annoyed neighbor, befriend your neighbors.

We are kinda simialr I use a bit more and I pulled about 2times a much, I couldnt tell ya my humidity either, other than I bet it's 20ish, with more plants it seems to improve tho...

No, no reward for green boxes, I try to give the love I was given when I was learning, it reminds me I'm doing some good.
Trust me, if there wasn't a green bar, there wouldn't be half as much help.

Some of us don't so or tell, so it's the only way we get to feel good about what we do. I don't tell plp I fool with what I do, I tell em I got it over the state line.
