Is something wrong with my plants?

Today is the last day of my veg and tomorrow begins flowering but I am worried that something is wrong with my plants. Here are things I have noticed and you tell me if you think it could mean something is wrong and if so what?
First off is it possible for plants to be developing trichomes this early because on some leaves and stems there is a thin white film covering them.
Second almost every other day I am removing leaves that are dead or dying and it just seems like alot.
And finally, their dirt is getting very dry very quickly. I am watering them almost every other day now because the leaves are getting very droopy if I dont.
Any help is much appreciated.

as your plant gets bigger so does the root system. It's only logical that your going to need to water them more as they grow because the roots will absorb the water faster, the plant needs more the bigger it is after all. So the watering sounds normal...

I had the same problem with the dead leaves. I removed a few. They seemed to stop when I moved my plants outdoor from my indoor setup.. I think it could be because the sun gives off more light? Maybe indoors I did not provide enough only using a few CFL's. Possibly my lights were to close aswell.. Either way, mine might have nothing to do with yours but maybe give you some sort of direction. Only trying to help.

With the trichomes. I'm not to sure as I havn't reached that far in my grow, sorry.

Hope I helped a little.

Thanks for your help. For those of you wondering I have been vegging since 10-3 and the plants are all about 22 inches tall. They are in a Foxfarm soil mix of Ocean Forest and Light Warrior in 3 gallon pots under a 1000 watt hps.

'Mr Bomb' we need pics buddy in order to really help. All I can think is that you are developing powdery mildew which is a mold that forms on the leaves and often the stems when the environment is too damp and humid. Check your soil irrigation, make sure that its well draining soil, not to compact, you want this almost spongy. Your pot (if thats what you're growing in) should be deep. As the root system develops significantly when the plants in vege check that its not root bound. Constant droopy leaves even after a good water indicates a root bound plant sometimes, also could be lack of nutrients (especially if your pulling off yellow/dead leaves at vege). Post a pic mate and we'll be able to help a lot more. Cheers

There is a thin white film covering them.

Could be powdering Mildew, Mould or White Fly..

Almost every other day I am removing leaves that are dead or dying and it just seems like alot.
Are they dead from yellowing or crispy?
If its yellowing, then need nutes, but if butning from the edges in, then u have excess Nitrogen..

Their dirt is getting very dry very quickly. I am watering them almost every other day now because the leaves are getting very droopy if I dont.
Are they still droopy after a water? If so, id say rootbound, if not then you are alright.
If u cant water them often enough, grab urself a product called Silica, helps the plants retain more moisture and increases drought tolerance.
Peace :peace:

The day after watering a have to remove a few dead leaves but otherwise they are fine. For nutes I am using Foxfarm Big Bloom liquid plant food and open sesame to promote flowering.

Give me a little more time and I will add pics of the environment and the plants but the resolution is as good as I can get it considering I am on dial up. The pics I already added are of the white stuff on one of the main stems and the droopy leaves before watering. Please be patient with my pics being posted it takes me about ten minutes per pic to get them loaded and ready to go but I do need your help so please keep checking back until they are posted. Thanks again.

Here are the pics of the canopy and the plants from different angles. The grow room is a walk in closet only slightly larger than the area the plants are growing in and the walls are covered in Mylar. Please let me know what you think the problem is.
Especially anything related to the white stuff and the dead/dying leaves. Also I welcome any other comments you think may be helpful.

What do you think the white growth is on the stems in the picture? You can see it more clearly on the pic attached to post 18.
