well they say the explosion of the skull particles on the bullets' exit will make the head reel away from the direction the skull partcles are flying
cuz the entry wound would be a clean little hole but the exit wound would be a big hole that exploded open pushing the head back in the direction the bullet came from

Pretty easy shot less than hundred yards away with a scoped high powered rifle, elevated position.
3 shots in 9 sec is easily attainable to, try it out sometime if you have access to a bolt action rifle, or just do it your head, 9 seconds is a long time.

imagine you are the driver for the president, he is in the back seat with his wife, you got a guy right next to you in the passenger seat you are surrounded by police on motercycles and secret service agaents are jogging with the car you are driving,
on top of that, there are hundreds of people watching you cruz down this street at a low speed with cameras recording your at every angle
so now your driving this most visible car on earth at the time, and you think the driver thought he could get away with just turning around while driving and popping a cap in the presidents neck right in front of his wife and no one is the wiser?
and not only that, he thought he wouldnt get caught doing somthing so obvious and then by some miricale of the cosmos he is actually right and no one even notices him doing it?
this guy must have had balls of steel, and the intuition of a robot ninja, and the coldness of the zodiac killer, but he passed a backround check and was so trusted that he was chosen to drive the car of the leader of the world?
now I know why they have all those stupid infomercials on all the time telling lazy people they can be rich
