er uh... there is a screen and a catcher in the bottom for you fellers so worried about losing a trichome. You all are funny. so gentle with the ganja, from germination all the way till you SET IT ON FIRE!

If you're that gentle with your weed, don't let me near your wives.

I use a 12 lb sledge and a 6" bench vise to crush my weed up. Then I call it BITCH right before the blue flame from the BernzOmatic incinerates the entire top of the bowl, which also rids my knuckles of hair... and I get high. So it's a win-win.

yes, definitely fast and easy. I guess if I didn't grind my coffee in it too, I'd probably like it better. Drinking trichs and smoking coffee can catch you off guard if you are unawares.
LMAO too funny - that's the best laugh I've had all day!

On the crushers, I felt like I was wasting 20 bucks until I got it home. DON'T expect the trich chamber to fill up all that fast, though. a slow process. :cuss:
isnt that good its just the tiniest lil pure trichs. the grinder i have is chock full of golden dust. if you just roll it around they all start to stick into lil balls. i love it. and its not like your taking all the trich's my grinder is also a bit courser of a chop than most.

I still dont see anyone saying they grind the shit up and still enjoy the taste of the hit. I am looking for more than just the effect but rather like drinking good wine I like to taste that bong rip

OK, I grind the shit up and still enjoy the taste of the hit. I grind just prior to ignition, so where the hell would the taste go? In the grinder? It sure smells nice but I haven't tried to lick it. yet.

McSmokey this is a new one so I can literally count the trichs in there. quite depressing since my last one was lifted and guess why? chocked.

I can laugh now too, DoeEyed, but at the time I thought it was the exhaust leaking up in the truck on my morning commute, and not the coffee.

oh I love good wine. Try the Albino Rocca Barbaresco. Like a faceful of strawberry preserves. You'll pucker a bit, but it comes around. It got a 92 on the spectator.

For bowls like them finely ground. Not so much a powder, but close. It makes it burn very evenly.

Bongs I just plain don't like. I am dont really care for glass much either. I use a metal pipe with a steel screen. The brass screens taste bad. I cant really taste the steel screens. A pipe for good smoke and shitty smoke is a great idea.

For joints I like scissors or breaking by hand.

Is it a generational gap issue, or rather
a connoisseur verses average user issue?

I like these types of threads for their social
diversity in regards to a very simple question.

I've used grinders, scissors, forceps, and
from time to time I take what breaks off and
use it as it comes. It really depends on what
I have in regards to quality.

Well cured DJ Short Blueberry... Shit.

I've gotta go with whomever said that they
suggest a bowl over a bong for taste. I have
been without a bowl for nearly 2 years. Just
a stupid looking, but quality glass, bong that
I've used to partially filter my smoke.

I recently had a bowl on hand...

DJSBB... tastes, as well as effects, I was not
getting from the 10" bong where very present
from this tiny glass piece.

When it comes to quality grown cannabis, I tend
to treat it like quality vinted wines. I store, handle,
and consume both as to get the full flavors as well
as the full effects.

The world screaming Blueberry.

I like Australian Red, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon etc.
me too! :)

As for breaking up the herbage, I like to use small scissors in a shot glass. works great and easy on the fingers. The shot glass catches the residue from trichs etc just like a grinder, so its good for that dept as well....Shot glass scissors method IMO is the best I have found....Happy Puffing! :bigjoint:

I agree with pothead2200, I'm as gentle with my buds as possible, and do the touch n go with the lighter on the first hit. When you do this, it vaporizes the exterior trichz for a really smooth tasty rip!
Good technique ^^

haha davey.. nice one.

nobody said scissors? that what i use... easier on ur buds than the grinder.
Yup !

LMAO too funny - that's the best laugh I've had all day!

Yeah... lmao at that too

Think of your weed ..kinda' like pipe tobacco ... it's cut .... people have been smokin' pipes for thousand's o' years ... cutting ..leaves it loose enough for air to pass thru ... allowing the entire material to slowly smolder .... then after a couple weeks u can scrape your scissors and get tiny little balls of nice sticky resin .... I use surgical grade stainless fine scissors to cut up my buds ....

I prefer joints .. and they need to be rolled looosely ! I save roaches usually .. and roll em ... (sometimes and only a litlle .... they get real sticky) ..in with fresh bud ...

a pair of nice fingernail scissors works good !

good luck smoldering .... !

yeah I use stainless steel surgical scissors as well, and I like whe nI get to scrape them and enjoy the goodness as well. Between that and scraping the shotglass! Yum yum...nuttin like capping a bowlskie or joint with the residue from the shot glass and scissors! :)

There is something about the Barbaresco I really love. It's definitely the Nebbiolo grape. So full of flavor...

On the torture of the weed, just imagine if Bob Ross had grown weed. Now, he'd be gentle, not to mention very happy, with it.

Happy trees!
