I would not make it an issue as you left an ounce at your girlfriend's house. If this was done without the knowledge of the homeowner, you might find yourself in an uncomfortable situation should you decide to make a stink.

ive got a bit of a problem, im around at my girldriends place and we go out for a few hours to buy a fridge.

when i get home i go to smoke some buds and get my bag which was hidden in my GFs room to find out about a quarter is missing out of my ounce.

Yeah man, it's all about being chill people though. There's just a different thing about it, I mean I'm part of a stoner crew though I can't smoke at the moment, but I guarantee you any motherfucker that would touch an unguarded stash is still a fucking thief and would not be the type of guy I hang out with. and also just because it is arguably justifiable to do any means of fucked up things to this individual that stole your bud, doesn't mean that there's a good reason to do anything about it. Protect your stash around him, he proved himself unchill. It's gonna be hard, so you gotta think whether this is gonna be the one girl. This situation would be enough to get rid of a lot of my past relationships but I've had a few that this would be worth working through/around...
