did you just say DMT is laced with Yopo? Yopo refers to the plant Anadenanthera peregrina. I am sorry, but Yopo contains bufotenin, which is actually 5-OH-DMT, not N,N-Dimethyltryptamine. You are factually incorrect.
Where is that known or documented (for marijuana to be adulterated with N,N-Dimethyltryptamine), as I have never really heard of that (unless someone who extracted DMT specifically put the DMT on their own weed).
Let your ego down and learn. ANC is a fucking brilliant person! If ANC said it, I would say you do not need to double check it, as it is true. DMT is what is know as an amino acid, you know, those little chains that together form proteins... Body builders drinks litres of the shit.
Now as you may know DMT is widely distributed in the plant and animal kingdom, and if we didn't have some build in protection the world would look like its inhabtied by retarded people as we'd all be tripping balls.
So inside your body is something called MonoAminoOxidase, which has one job and that is to break down (deaminate is such a cool word) or inhibit certain substances like DMT. This stuff works so fast that neraly all the DMT consumed in one dose is neutralised before I guess 20 minutes are up. I.e. You can no longer trip from the DMT.
Those of us journeying further into the multidimensional realm actualy purposfully drink eat or smoke a MAO Inhibitor...

I am not going to say its impossible as DMT surely can give open eyed halucination up the wazzoo when combined with a MAOI, but it seems to work on a diffirent part of the visual cortex, I am convinced we have the part of the visual cortex that "sees" ordinary stuff via our optical nerves and another section that we use as a kind of internal eye, the one you can use to recall your mother's face, or what your house keys look like with.
Opening and closeing your eyes while looking at the face of a friend after takeing a good hit of DMT, will show you that those "two parts" of the visual cortex can work together like HUD overlay, with one streaming hyperspace data and the other data based on the world we experience when limited to seratonin as neurochemical. This is my opinion only and I'm sure is in direct opposiiton to the scientific viewpoint, on the other hand I bet none of the scientists ever realy played with the sipce until it revealed its true nature.
In all honesty I'd be much more worried about what it can show you than HPPD. You can forget the stuff you saw, but its very hard to UNKNOW shit you shouldn't know.
