What would you do if you knew for a fact, 100%, who robbed you of over $3,000 cash??

Background on robber:
On probation, basically in a cartel, moves over 40 pounds a month, I know where he works, where he lives, and what he drives. Basically I know everything about this guy.

Backround on me:
No record, nothing in my house to get introuble for or anywhere for that matter, he knows where I live, what I drive, basically everything there is to know about me.

1. I don't really want to call cops on him cause i'm not really like that and there's no telling what he may do.
2. What's the point of approaching him about it since I know who it is.
3. I beat his ass i'm still out of my money and have to worry about him coming to mess up my stuff.

If you were in this position what would you do?

So, if you know where he lives and what he drives this should def. be doable. Rob him back. But you have to wait.. Does he know you know? Id wait a month, rob him of these 40 lbs, plus take it a step farther. Call the cops on him after you rob him and plant lets say a few pounds a scale, basically all the illegal shit you can find into his car. Then call the cop saying he was firing a gun or something and say you saw him put it in his car.. Just plan carefully and I wish you good luck. Fuck Id be pissed.

i think the best way to do it is try and make out a rival dealer or gang done it like burning out his car after leaveing a note or some thing near buy that says some thing like "thats what happens when you deal on hells angles turf" but replace hells angles with a local gangs name and then his crew will retallyate on theres starting a gang war.

and there you have your revenge with out haveing any backlash and the trouble you case him will be alot more than the 3k

i don't think i would do anything honestly.. trust me, what goes around, will eventually come around and he will reap what he has sown.. i know i talk in like a buddhist monk, but i have seen it happen way too often in my lifetime to not believe in it.. just be patient, which is sometimes the hardest part.. but sooner or later this guy is gonna piss off someone with a bigger gun, a meaner dooberman or whatever, and he will get his, plus some interest, and you will be able to sit back and laugh at him and know that you had no part in his current woes..

I feel the same way man. I'm moving up in life while he keeps on fucking up and taking steps back. The last year or so everythings been going sour for him. I guess that's why he stole from me, which is pretty funny. In the grand scheme of things $3000 bucks isn't a whole lot. Yeah I could've had ALOT of fun with it, but it's not really worth me risking my future and life. It obviously shows you how bad he's hurting if he has to stoop that low. I think stealing makes you the lowest life form on the planet. He'll get his sooner or later

I wasn't "dealing" with him... He's been my "friend" for like 2 years now and I have never bought/sold anything from him, but I met him through a friend that did. He was over recently playing the new modern warefare 2 and he knew that I had just taken the money out so I could buy something for my car. I was suppost to pick it up on Sunday and you can't withdrawl that kind of money on the weekend. It was in a bank envelope in my drawer. I don't know when he grabbed it out, but after he left I went to make sure it was still there and guess what....

I've never really seen any of his stuff. Mabye like a LB or 2 when I'd chill at his house, but for the most part we'd usually be doing something else. He knew I wasn't really interested in his whole dealing game, because one of my good friends went down hill real fast from dealing.

I guess our friendship had a price tag. Sometimes I just can't believe people. If you're my friend there's absolutely no way i'd ever think of fucking you over, but I guess other people see things in a whole different light.
