thats AWsome!!! looks great!! when i get my hps setup.. im going to have to look for a cooling tube as well :(

here is a picture with my home made carbonfilter, im going to be hooking this up to something either 250-300 cfm to suck air through the scrubber, and through two 2 3/4 inch holes with pvc 90 degree elbows at the lower section of the cabbin.

aside from the exhaust fan, its complete. the things i would like to do, is install a Pinpoint PH controller. so i never have to deal with ph again. A float valve in the DWC bucket attached to a very very large rez gravity fed, so there are less things to go wrong. like with an electronic aquarium pump setup. and an ultrasonic fogger to fog up the roots ever now and then just to promote super fast growth.

please give me all opinins and criticism. and questions.

very nice diy, they sell cabinets like that for 2500, so im impressed. should inspire lots of people to save the 2 grand. nice diy cab and filter. good work man.

u gunna have anything in that bottom area? if not u should knock out that part for alot more vertical grow space

u gunna have anything in that bottom area? if not u should knock out that part for alot more vertical grow space

the bottom left is gonna be used for clones, and maybe a bonsai mommy. and the bottom right is used to keep the electrical seperated from the grow chamber, and also to keep my nutes and other supplies in.

dose anyone have any input? or suggestions on how to make it better.

i still dont know what fan to buy, im thinking of the dayton 250cfm blower with the 4" inlet because my carbon filter is 4". the fan cant be any bigger than 12 inches around. because i only have 19 inches depth, and the cooltube ducting takes about 7 inches of space. leaving me with a foot to work with.

i know how much you love pictures.

this is the space i have to work with, what do you have in mind?

i need a quiet fan that will fit up there and be strong enough to keep the smell and the temps down

omg dude.. hell yes this is exactly what i want for my future grow op. cept, i would knock out the bottom for more growth and make this a flower chamber.... i think you should make instructions and part list :) pweeeaeeeeeze///

just FYI, if i were to knock out the bottom of the upper cabinet and use it for more space, it would compramise the structural integrity of the cabinet. so thats out of the question.

this is my filter, but its not finished

i still need to put the outer screen over the wire mesh.

then i need to wrap it in the A/C filter

There is a diy thread for that scrubber on here somewhere. I made a similar filter for my flowering cabinet.
