Mine is the exact one stonesour shows in his pics. I think I got mine for under $50.00 US. You need to look around though as I have seen that exact same one at places for over $200.00 US. Mine came out of China I think, it was in an overseas shipping package.

Edit: Also, the battery does go dead somewhat quick when it is not being used and just sitting on a shelf. I leave mine on the charger all the time until I need it. If you plan on using it alot, also invest in a car charger for it.

Mine was 25.00 from hong kong.
 
I use mine all the time since i bought it. It is really helpful at movies. The battery last just long enough for an entire movie. Oh yeah stading in checkout at walmart is a MUST!!! LMAO!

Have you thought for a second that there are people that may NEED to be contacted? My parents are friends with a Emergency Cardiologist that is on call at all times. Your little toy could cause someone to lose their life because he cannot be contacted.

It just kinda reminds me of skynet, one small thing and the whole system goes haywire.

While i agree that they could be used with fatal consequences, i don't think they should be illegal. Kinda the same way that "number plate blockers" are illegal, if i made one that worked, well fuck you government, get with the times and upgrade your shit. You can't just make everything that you can't keep up with illegal.

Subsequently i'm now smiling over the whole UAE and Blackberry dilema, we can't hack it so we don't like it! :lol:

i agree, but i am also aware that we got along the past few thousands of years without cell phones. no one even goes to get a loaf of bread without a cell. guess we should all be dead by now. my concern is the ability for them to be detected. did anyone see the episode of malcom in the middle where the dad starts making little broadcasts in the basement to relive his college days, and the FCC went riding around the neighborhood in that van? they rode around hanging this satellite dish out the van trying to find where the signal was coming from. it was done in humor but can they really do that shit? i doubt they would even bother but it would be nice to know.

The cost for them to do that for a little jammer in a movie theater wouldnt be worth the fine. Now if someone was broadcasting a mile wide jammer then it might be a different story. My jammer works within 30 feet and thats it. I mainly use it while in line at wal mart and the chick in front of me is yappin away on the cell phone, cussing and stuff in front of my kids. Plus your right 20 years ago we didnt have mainstream cell phone usage so everyone got along fine then....
