It was one plant, a massive plant though. Court date is the 15th of October.

And im in Canada. Can you really come to Canada for freedom?

Oh trust me there are good parts of Canada, im not in one of those parts. British Columbia would be alot better for cannabis, weather wise and how the police are with it.

I just finished cleaning up the mess, dug up all the roots, added more compost to the soil along with alfalfa and some other stuff, but that isnt because I plan on growing next year... caugh.. caugh..

How did they find out? Who did you tell? Don't bitch about Canada, you were growing an illegal substance and you either told to many of the wrong people or you grew in a stupid spot like beside a cop or a dickwad neighbor. Grow in a better spot, it's no one's fault but your own that you got busted. It does suck man don't get me wrong, just a lesson on keeping your mouth shut next time you decide to grow, best of luck with your court date.

Awareness of the official stance towards cannabis in your particular region is the first thing I would consider in future grows. If the cops are known to be aggressive, then yeah, get covert and take your gig deeper underground (which means no grows in the yard). But I also think you have the right, even the obligation, to bitch about things a bit too.

what is he going to bitch about? that they made a mess in his yard? what sucks more than them finding your plant is the dam fees you have to pay to a stupid lawyer who is going to plea the case down to more fee fines and court cost. thats the worst part of it all. i am not familur with canadas laws but i am sure just one plant would be a fine. no jail time. i hope, for your sake

must not be that big of a deal there. i kow i would be to scared to even be posting on a site right now. and scared they were going to give me a cultivaion charge and some jail time but thats just me
