well first time grow and good job have lots of time as need it to care for my rain forest, changed careers few months ago and decided after buying a few ounces of bunk or crap weed, to invest and have a go myself so ordered a 1x2x1x2x2m tent 600w hps, carbon filter out take 4" intake fan and also internal fan. growing in coco and clay balls and 2 in soil and perlite mix and canna nutes A+B and pk13/14, water and ph good all way thro and watered by hand giving the 8 pot wilma a miss this time around. later added a 300w cfl dual spec.
1st mistake bought cheap seeds in a rush ww and himalayan gold and was hit and miss with germ, so eventually ended up with 10 of all dif sizes and age, well feeling that this is taking forever decided to start flowering on 1.aug 10 12/12, some plants were 24inch some were only8 inch but needed to do something, could not have imagined what was to come..... growth...... more growth.......the light.........bend horizontal...... still growth.....( at this stage down to 8 femplants).this was happening with most plants and have ended up with everything around 5 to 7+ feet tall if they had not been topped. had temp probs in begining and all over place with light due to this so now understand the word STRETCH. well anyway wanted so many times to give up on this and start again with some nice seeds and the knowledge that i have gained and learned from here, but im not a quiter and have looked after these sexy little split arses so well giving them so much time and love that i persisted on, and added to the party a 300w cfl which was bought for a fridge set up that i made for starting the next lot, so after moving lights around, with great dif and trying to keep them from burning have ended up with 600w hps at top and 300w cfl in center and made a wire guard to go around it, so now everthing is growing around it and seen a great increase.
YOUR OPPINION PLEASE,
as i say above have learn so much from mistakes, what i would like to ask of you is what you all think end result will be, at the mo at 57 day of flowering and lots and lots of buds from center of plants getting thicker as they reach top, complete top of tent covered in bud sites and where the main colas were bent they have grown so thick with all the new growth that followed and is now a complete mass of bud sites which seem to increase daily, a little worried will these fill out to good buds? as so many of them and stopped nutes and only giving molasses at mo.... all help gratefully accepted. thanks.
