Can a "No to Prop 19" person answer a question for me?

Well, I've been asking this for a while now and haven't got an answer yet.

Where in the proposition does it say it will limit people who are licensed to grow medical will have to confine to the 25 sq ft limit imposed in prop 19?

If Prop 19 overruled prop 215, wouldn't it make sense if all MMJ cards were no longer valid as well? You're picking and choosing. If prop 19 can make you grow in a 25 sq ft space, what's stopping it from making MMJ cards and dispensaries obsolete? BTW, thanks for bailing out on me in our private message conversation when I asked the exact same question in the nicest way possible.

Exactly. The limits of SB 420 stop being unconstitutional when they're declared by voter initiative legislation like Prop. 19. Those who listen to the proponents who maintain that anyone who needs more than the allowed 5'x5' grow can just go medical, will find themselves facing plant number limits instead. And that's assuming that your local law enforcement agency decides not to misinterpret the 5'x5' grow limit as universal.

Limits should be set anyway. No person needs to grow more Mj than they themselves can consume. I have over forty acres of prime farm land, doesn't mean I should be able to grow as much as I want.

IMO the way i see it....

Prop 19 will make MJ more available throughout the state...you will have more drug dealers, more people trying to rob people houses who they know are growing ect..

The only reason the state would put this bill together is so they can BUILD and TAX pot WALLMARTS when they make their sale...

I think everybody knows that the medical despencerys arnt paying taxes on 100% of their sales, most sales just go under the table...
The state dont have the time, money or resources to regulate them...so instead they Build the WALLMARTS and tax them...

Prop 19 wont generate the tax money they are saying it would...its just a way for the government to get involved...

Hell its only a 100 fine to posess under an OZ, if you need more than that just get a card for 100-200$ dont let the state gov get their hands all up in this shit..!!

thats the way i understand it....i could be wrong....either way vote NO.

Im not saying the Governator (Arnold) is right or whatever...But his whole time in office hes been signing what ever bills would generate more tax $$ look at all the Indian Casinos built since hes been in office...if Prop 19 would generate the $$ they claim it would dont you think hed support the bill..?
