Age of consent PA

My sisters friend is nut bustingly hot, but I can't fuck her if its illegal.

the law in PA is as follows...

"§ 3123. Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.

(a) Offense defined.--A person commits a felony of the first degree when he or she engages in deviate sexual intercourse with a complainant:


  1. by forcible compulsion;
  2. by threat of forcible compulsion that would prevent resistance by a person of reasonable resolution;
  3. who is unconscious or where the person knows that the complainant is unaware that the sexual intercourse is occurring;
  4. where the person has substantially impaired the complainant's power to appraise or control his or her conduct by administering or employing, without the knowledge of the complainant, drugs, intoxicants or other means for the purpose of preventing resistance;
  5. who suffers from a mental disability which renders him or her incapable of consent;
  6. who is less than 13 years of age; or
  7. who is less than 16 years of age and the person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and person are not married to each other."

That looks to me like its perfectly legal for a 16 year old to do whatever they want if consent is given, right? Remember this is only for Pennsylvania, I know it is 18 in a lot of other states. Don't say anything about morals either you'd do it too if you could.

it's called statutory rape and is considered a crime in every state of the union. if you bother to look past what is convenient, you'll find that a sixteen year old can't get married without parental approval. that's because sixteen is still considered a child and it is considered impossible for a child to give informed consent. but go ahead and do what you want, damn the consequences and ignore those proper protections granted to our children. maybe you should go ahead and get her good and drunk while you're at it. the rights and protections of others are certainly no concern of a fine upstanding liberal such as yourself.

the age of 'consent' in most states is 16. utah, the capital of mormons, has a younger consent age, because those sick fucks like their kidz youunngggg....

i wouldn't fuck any girl under 18 just to be sure.

while a 17 year old can have sex in most states, stuff like endangering the wellfare of a child, and other laws designed to protect kids from abuse can be misconstrued by cops and DA's.

and young bitches now a days are crazy..... talking about getting pregnant like it's cool n shit.... fuck that......

Bullshit. 10 seconds of research and you will find all kinds of laws regarding age of consent. Most states in the USA are 16.

uh.. I would hold off.
The big bucks in the prison shower room don't really make a distinction between Statutory & Common rape.
Of course if you explained it to them they may be more understanding..

No but the letter of the law makes an extremely clear distinction between rape, statutory rape, and consensual sex. The specific part that's applicable here is there both parties are 16 years of age or older, therefore it's consensual sex between 2 consenting adults. Bang on bro.
