Need dirt cheap options

Alright i have to vent a 42"x22"x5' box i built, im running 1 240w LED right now actually its still in the mail but it will be here soon and i will be putting another in there as well. Im not too worried about heat as those wont put out very much. I need quiet cheap and powerful enough to push some air through a homemade carbon filter so when i start flowering i can get rid of the smell and also so that my ladies dont suffocate as well. Suggestions please guys. I was lookin at home depot inline duct booster fans, a lil pricey, lookin at radioshack computer fans, only pushin about 60cfm a piece that i could find. That enough for what im trying to do?

Help guys soon this will become a serious problem so im trying to take care of it early on. Thanks guys keep on smokin tuff:weed:

computer fans are pretty terrible if you're running through a filter. try the inline fans at hydro stores~ about $50. really though you want a centrefugal fan to have enough force to suck through the filter. the inline fan should be okay though...not amazing

yea um why would i go buy that inline fan at a hydro store when i can get it at home depot for 30 bucks as i stated earlier.... and thats pricey for me and your going to tell me to get the same thing at the dro store lol

the only thing you will find cheaper that will work is the wind. try to borrow some money or something. a "serious problem" should justify spending some cash.....

what your looking at homedepot is an inline BOOSTER fan ,its useless unless your boosting long runs

nothings to pricey it will pay for itself first grow, then you will have it for many grows to come,put 50 bucks into it and get an inline fan just my opinion.

Yea if you cant spend 20-30 bucks on a home depot inline, i cant think of anything cheaper, unless you have access to a neon sign transformer and want to make a DIY ozone generator...

agreed, if u dont have 30 bucks for a fan, you have much bigger issues. How do you plan to take care of any "unexpected" problems during your grow? and without GOOD ways of knocking out odors and excess heat, your bound to get caught. Thats ganna be REALLY expensive...
