Today completes 7 weeks of 12/12. day 49. They all look like they are gettin closer and closer every day. but i am gonna be patient and make sure they ready. I am expectin the OG to be done sometime in the next 2 weeks and the blue dream 3 more weeks probably. But you never know. What do you guys think, how much longer does it look like i have? I tried to go get a 30x magnifying glass but radioshack didnt have one.

yeah if you want purple buds i heard ur supposed to give them a 10-15 degree temperature drop at night late in flowering and it will cause them to turn purple. Good luck man

Wutsup guys, think the OG is gettin pretty close. there is alot more orange hairs and i found just a few trichomes starting to turn amber. I got a 30x magnifying glass. It took me forever to find a place that sold them. i finally just called the local hydro store and they had them. I will be monitoring trichomes daily looking for them to turn amber. I need to figure out exactly when i want to chop. Any suggestions on how many trichomes should be amber vs. cloudy???? I took a bunch of pics just now. Hope you guys enjoy.

this is true but cloudy trichs are a cerebrel, head, clear, thinking high and if u let them go longer, amber trichs, it gives u that narcotic feeling, u get a couch lock and stone feeling!...i prefer a good balance of cloudy and amber...some let it go alootttt longer...it gets a different type feeling to the high that alot of ppl really like

i couldnt answer that becuase 1 i dont flush and 2 i cant see ur trichs but just keep an eye on them...if this is ur first harvest id take samples from different stages...label them dry them and cure them properly and see which trichome ratio u like the best...its all preference related

i would let them go maybe a little longer man maybe two more weeks, most of the og i smoke is always fully amber hairs (not trichs) i guess the grower does this for more yield, but if you want a really nice blended high id say go for 30amber/50 cloudy/20clear if thats even possible lol
