4 Tops on 1 Plant... PICS...

FIMMING EXPERIMENT

I decided to post a little experiment that I started about 1 week ago... I am trying to make (4) tops on one plant at a young age; 2nd set of nodes. I took a razor blade and cut all the new growth off of the stem and leaft (4) leaves in total plus the fan leaves. I am guessing that the new growth will make (4) tops on this one plant.

I will be posting pics every week as the experiments takes way

NO NO NO... I topped the plant but in a different way... Instead of cutting the top at the stem, I cut the new growth from the top of the plant...

I just recentley done this, My plant started to grow 4 tops, but 3 of them out grew the other 1 by like 4-5 inches, so it does work just when i did it it just stunted on 1 of the 4 main colas

And by the way... I looked at Uncle Bens Topping and the plant goes from being topped to a mature female budding plant... NO REAL HELP... I want to see it as it grows... How do I know that The plant that was topped is the same mature plant in the set of pics... I DONT... I will have alot of photos so people can see what happens in the plants life...

I am thinking about making (4) tops and then doing the same technique to the (4) tops and make (16) tops...

Yes it is possible but it wouldnt be worth it, i did that on my first plant and it just creates smaller colas, and it also deformed on 2 of the points where i topped it, i would just keep it to 4 tops

What about if I am doing a SCROG??? I will be continuously topping after the new growth...

fim isnt forum lingo
you can have lots o tops
and scrog and topping should go hand in hand imo...

If i were you id just take the four colas and foucs on those. But if you want to scrocg then thatd be a good idea to keep topping. And yea FIM isnt forum lingo its just what its called

I have successfully topped all 3 of my ladies to have 4 main colas, I just snip around the 3rd & 4th nodes, I tried FIM but missed lol

You are the one that needs to read. You are topping and randomly trimming, nothing else. UBs tech actually redirects the plants growth hormones to get a prescribed response.

If you can read my thread from the beginning..... I AM NOT DOING UNCLE BENS TOPPING..... People please read ahead before you post NON SENSE... This forum is really PISSING me off with all the NON SENSE.... READ between the lines...
