i honestly wish you luck in your future grows, but the way your going at this isnt right.... ppl were trying to help, sure some were dicks about it but some were giving you advice on a knoledge that only comes from growing for years and you were a dick to them... that makes 99% of other posts from a dickish point of view...

I simply asked for the science.. I'm not going to follow the word of random people. none of them could provide and just got pissed because somebody wasn't listening to their nonsense. I found a counter to every case they mentioned which only made them look worse... ignorant is ignorant... spit science. just stop arguing with me, you are obviously being biased and not seeing things correctly.

That would be silly as nobody provided any factual/valid information except for what stoner.barbie said about lightbulb packages...

I got some bad news. 2 days ago I said that I would need some more soil to feel more secure and feel official about the OZ or that if I didn't get new soil shit would be pretty bad. well... it's been 2 days and I haven't been able to get soil and just a few hours ago a few of my plants leaves started curling and getting really papery...... they are still dark green but something is broken. I knew something gay was going to happen.
I feel it's lack of oxygen and the roots need more space. I'm screwed and asking people to emergency soil supply me.

I accidentally drank it all. I don't PH, I can't even buy soil, no way I'm going to be able to afford a PH, I've been letting the tap water sit for 3-4 days and even the snow water. I highly doubt the PH is the problem.
at the most it's the Nitrogen from the time-release soil and the rootbound as the plants are pretty big and there isn't that much space.

To be honest Taffy? It doesnt matter...
You have shit for soil, god knows what for nutrients and a light that might keep them alive but cannot flower those plants. You have no way to tell what the PH of what you call soil is and even if you did know you have no materials to correct it if it is off.
Watering is about the only option you have at this point...
