anyhoo, the rest of what you say sounds reasonable enough, but please realize that the process is not so easy for many (it is easier for others) and although life is not fair and was never meant to be, we can still be fair to each other. most of them only want to take whatever job they can find and live peacefully like you and me. if we should blame anyone, let's blame the people who exploit them, thus undercutting everyone else's wages.
 
America is built from more then one group of ppl stop thinking me and start thinking we. and land of the free? if your so free do what you want to do for 3 weeks be free just dont show up to work your free to do it lol dont do it. if your free try to leave and go to another place with no I.D of permission from the gov to leave. why do i have to buy water but the person i buy it from gets it for free?

There is no such thing as a false opinion. It may be an opinion you do not agree with, but opinions are neither false nor correct. They are just what a person feels. So basically you are saying that if someone does not agree with you they are wrong and do not know what they are talking about? 2+2=5 is false. I think the color blue is the best. Is that a false opinion? No it is just my opinion. My sons favorite color is red guess what I disagree with him, but i do not think he is wrong. I believe everyone is entitled to there own opinions whether i agree with them or not.
 
UncleBuck...face it. Illegals aren't all created equal. But they cause more harm then good. This is 1934 or the 80s...its 2011...and they are a problem.

what is your solution? mass deportation?

and sorry to hear about your $8,000 loss. i personally opt for uninsured motorist coverage. covers $15k in damages for only $6 a month. protection against ANYONE who is uninsured (sorry to tell ya, but being uninsured is not unique to the illegal immigrants, i've done it before too, and i'm white).

I don't have a solution...and if I did they wouldn't be a problem. My personal solution? Get a gun, work hard, and take advantage of being white.

you said it right. i see too many complain about others while overlooking the advantages they have (some by happenstance).

i have been trying to convince my wife to let me get a gun for a while now. i finally convinced her to come to the range and shoot a gun. i used to love shooting when i was younger but haven't done it in a long time.

she has never touched a gun before, so i think i might stand a chance to convince her if she sees how gun safety actually works. who knows, she might even like shooting!

and yes, skin color has advantages and disadvantages and the historical periods you named got more extreme than the one we are in now. much respect for bringing context to the debate.
 
UB you didn't say when the study was done. If you did i missed it. My bad. You are also the one who said HE. Sorry assumed you were talking about someone else. Do a little more research in to her then. There are alternative motives behind this"study". Ok chief then how many out the illegals don't pay there taxes? There are many studies done on this and it cost our country money. Money we cant afford to lose. I am a big believer in if you can not help yourself then you cant help others. We as a country have enough internal issues that we need to take care of before we reach out to others. Another example of how illegals cost our country money do you know how expensive it is to produce one document in multiple languages for the masses of people who can not read and write English? It is very expensive. That is just one document we do it for all. USA is one of the few country's that does this, why because we don't want to offend them. ANd before you state most country's use English for us...that is incorrect. English is the language of buisness. They made the choice not us. They come to our country looking for a better life, but wont assimilate into our society. How about all the illeagals protesting spitting on our flag, stomping on it, and burning it on our own land no less. (No not all are like this) but i think you get my point. If they were coming to our country for a better life, and want to "become" citizens then why do they continue to fly their flag and not the country they "want" to become apart of? Well enough for today I need to crash. Night all
