hey kid, thanks for checking out my grow....i am not from mendo, but have a good friend that has property on the northern border. these beans were from THSeeds.......i have three very different phenos from the same lot, so we we will run them all, and select the best for a breeder..... Peace, NugsI just had a bowl of mendo goo, idk if your from that aera but is that the same ishh?? feelin upidy sooo??
Maybe I am too much the noob, but I don't understand your training technique. If you don't tie them down, how does the training hold? Do you use wire along the branches? Thanks ahead of time for your response.just did the big "bonzai crack"....bent over all the mains, to increase the basil area, spead em' out.....it seems like it may stress the plant, but i have had good success doing it all at once. i really like this method, esp. because there is no tying down, or attaching anything to the pot. check it.....Nugs
it is supercropping....and it does hold if you bend them severely enough...real slow and careful so they don't break, you want them to split and crease. but it certainly opens the plant up and spreads it out, check out the pic.Maybe I am too much the noob, but I don't understand your training technique. one thing i have learned bro, is this plant is a whole lot more powerful than we can even imagine. a little super-cropping is not going to hurt it, only make it stronger.....it may stress it for a short time, but it will recover very quickly and come back even stronger. i think as long as it is given time to recover and respond before the next forced change ie. more super-cropping, light change, transplant etc. is important. i admire the tenacity of this plant most of all, if only we could all be so resilient.Got it thanks-- always avoided supercropping. Too nervous about detrimental damage to the plant, but it looks like you have the touch.
thanks bro....i also have a separate veg space under a t-5, so i have lots of time to veg and train, as a matter of fact, i veg and train for 10 weeks or so while my other girls are flowering, then rotate in and start again.Agreed. Since I grow with separate grow and veg spaces, I have plenty of time to shape the plants into what will suit me later. I'll give it a try next round-- I have to recalibrate my technique because I am moving up from a 250w cab scrog to 400w. Not sure yet if I'll continue with scrog or just train them well and skip the screen.
+rep for the encouragement.
Ha...never thought about that with the buckets and all....thats a grin! Hey, and get this, those plants are only at four weeks! it is my best run so far by a long shot......jeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzus... you really are nugbuckets, aren't you? those look all time man.
That looks beautiful. I assume those are 5 gal buckets, so do you run about 1 plant per square foot under the 400w?here you go....i am quite happy with the even canopy, and the cola spacing.
