Yeah they seem fine Ash, just keep an eye on them for heat stress on the leaves and ease up on the bad boy for a bit, otherwise full steam ahead.

The led light came in today, it's blindingly bright! Have it temporarily hung up until I can get some proper hangers, I really like the pro-grip ones, they are really easy to adjust. I also put my 2 new fans in there, going to see if they make a difference in the temperature. They've been holding steady at 84*F and 33-41% humidity. Also plugged in one of the humidifiers, it acts more like a cold fan, blows pretty strongly. I'll get some pics taken and uploaded tomorrow, been a busy day. Ordered the red spectrum flowering t5 bulbs 8 pack and a surge protector with a timer built in, should be here mid next week.

Finally got time to tend to the plants today, been a long day already! In the first pic it looks like one of the center leds isn't turning on, was like that right outta the box, should I talk to the company ya think? Also, pics of my tools and supplies on my awesome shelf that the previous room didn't have. And I tossed in a pic of my growing medium. I tried to get a pic close up with macro on the new growth and nodes it's blurry but you can see whats going on anyways.

Do you guys think I should trim off the very bottom leaves yet? I know they say to keep em off the bottom so you can see if there's a problem and whatnot. If I do how far up should I trim, an inch, 2, 3?

2 inches up and yes i think you should it will promote growth to roots and focus on growing a single cola

They look great LA, nothing to worry about and yeah, give them a trim, it will only push the energy right up into the tops. As for the LED....I would call up Benjamin asap and send him a pic so he can address the issue.

Yea, I emailed him and he said it was the infrared bulb, so it will look like it's not on but it's working fine. I trimmed 'em up this morning and gave 'em their dose of nutes in their watering. I've been thinking about when I want to have the plants sleep/awake, I'm thinking sleep during the day and lights on at night. That way it's easier to control the temps, but at the same time the exhaust fan makes a lot more noise when the lights are on because it has to be up so high to combat the heat. Also was reading in the bible that you may want to have them sleep during the day for when the electricity meter reader guy comes, so it's not spinning like a top with no one home. But yea, I think I may go with 12 noon to 12 midnight. What do you guys think? And if I did go that way what would be the best way to adjust their cycle with minimum stress?

Noon till midnight will be fine, you can either give them 24 hours darkness then the new schedule or just chuck em into the new regiment, I have done this to clones just about a week in and they did not blink an eye in flowering a few days later, your choice.

We made a duct silencer today, going to install it tomorrow and see how much of the exhaust noise is reduced. Made it out of 8" solid ducting 24" long, 2 8" to 6" reducers for the ends, some wire mesh, sheet metal screws, quilt batting and some gorilla tape. Just like this one...

Took us about an hour, due to fighting the ends on and making adjustments to things. It cost me about $55 to make, buying everything locally. Will post up some pics tomorrow, once it's installed.

Hey good looking grow good choice with the general organics.
What I have found out running sunshine 8 vs ocean forest mixed with light warrior is nutrient content and ph balance. The go line says no ph or ppm checkin so I don't. I noticed that since the ocean forest mixed with light warrior has more nutes and better water retention I grew much heartier and lush plants in it. I was wondering the same thing about the leaves comin in weird and they were thinner and lighter green. Just a suggestion and I read u water 2x daily. That's a lot lol I think a better water holding soil would work better but if you dial it in adding nutes EARLY with sunshine it will probably work just as great. Just a suggestion cuz its lookin good so far. Good luck. Oh and if you want to see some badass plants from the GO line I reccomend finding jerry garcias thread.

I check their moisture twice a day, water maybe about every other day or so, as needed. I have leftover nute solution, I added water to it about 4 liters, think it'd be safe to water with it, even though I gave them the full strength nutes 2 days ago? Just don't want to over nute em.
