Ive heard all kinds of horror stories about electric companies tipping off the police abd neighbors reporting lights at night or flir. I just want to know how safe is growing?
How safe is it really to grow?

1. don't tell anyone
2. don't show it to anyone
3. make sure its well hidden and smell is as least detectable as possible
4. lighting/watering.. remember people may see you walk in to water or notice lights turning on off

this is such not a true statement.. although it may be legal in michigan on the state level, its completely illegal to grow in any state in the us on a federal level, and just recently the feds have been going out and reminding people of this fact..
i really love the no sell, no tell, no cell line.. that's pretty much the golden rule's.. don't sell out of your grow house, don't go around telling anyone, and pay your utility bills on time.. i also don't think its a wise idea to grow in a rented place where there is a good chance that a landlord / mantainence worker may stop by without warning.. i've heard of a couple of people getting busted this way..

august 11, 2010 the drug task force busted down my front door and 30 cops tore my house apart. I had 5 plants in veg and 5 plants in flower.
they seized my 1995 impala ss because there was a bag of potting soil in the trunk. so far, it has cost me $30,000.
I am on 2 years probation with monthly drug test.
just be prepared....murphys law...if it can happen it WILL happen........

first, I NEVER sold any of what I grew...I didn't even share very often.
my daughters nosy boyfriend popped the lock on my grow room and then he told someone who told someone. then a guy named brian gregory, a person I had never met and had never even been on my property cold called the cops and told them he knew where a grow was. the cop then stole my garbage on garbage pickup day, they found some trimmings, seeds and an indoor cultivation mag.

bad things will happen to brian gregory, maybe not now, maybe not in the next few weeks or months... but one day, karma is going to bite a big chunk of his ass.

Racerboy, thanks for saying that. Federal laws trump state laws any day.
So pretty much Cannabis is illegal no matter what until enough states legalize and tell the federal government to fuck off we're not helping you prosecute people for smoking a plant.
Im playing quiet mouse with my grow, my best friend is the only person who knows I'm growing and that's just because we're both helping eachother in our grows, nothin like some friendly competition to beef up your buds
Growing isn't safe, and isn't for the feint of hear.
But then again everyone on here is paranoid about their grows, especially the people growing mass quantities..
The DEA isn't gonna bust you down for growing a few plants, neither is your local cops, because they aren't gonna know.
As for that Brian guy, Karma is Definately a bitch and it will bite him in the ass extra hard.
