Not in my State and if Colorado really does that (which is hard to believe and I will check on that). It would make absolutely no sense that you can medicate but not grow in your house.

I would imagine that there is something that addresses this? Like a private room or something that would be needed? I have a buddy that just got out of jail and is obviously on probation, his mom is legal and she almost got her card taken away because of him wanting to move back in with her once he got out. PO had to come over and look everything over as well as some local police that had been there before (just neighbors complaining about the weed smell) and they told her as long as her grow area is locked, and all of her medicine and pipes, etc would have to be in her private room or locked up with the grow.

One would think something like this would be similar with children?

Nope.... There are alot of them. It's wierd but someone siad if its really deep purple then it might be a Potassium issue. I looked and it does look really deep red. So maybe that it's. But I don't know if it's Hypo or Hyper Potassium.
