Dave's 2nd Grow - LSD in Bubble/DWC with Fogger

Was so promising. As I was getting towards the end, it was obvious they were seeds. Buds grown under cfl and T5 aren't airy like that. I've seen scrog grows using t5 and or cfls that you couldn't tell they weren't grown under hps.

Scrog next time from the get go, and you'll be mint.

I *might* try one more grow under fluoros, but with a SCROG then. I'll have to think about it. But if I'm able to switch to an HPS setup without too much trouble, I'll do it.

I had to bend those branches. The problem was that I let the plant grow too big before flowering. Now that I know better, I'll try not to do that next time.

Okay, I'll try not to beat myself up about it... Lol.

it's not that they don't work, they work fine, but HPS works BETTER.

Trust us, people can get good results from CFL's and T5's and such, but an HPS will give you better results. They're the equivalent to the industry standard.

Just got out of the hospital again!!! Went in last Saturday night with a lot of ugly symptoms that I'd rather not disgust you with.

Luckily, my plant is fine, thanks to my wife's care. She did the best I could have hoped for. pH was awfully low, but the plant looks ok. Temperature was nice and low this time when I got home.

Planning to harvest soon. I'll post some current pics tomorrow. Not sure how much longer I should wait by looking at the buds myself, so might need some advice.

Yeah, I'm ok, thanks. Was pretty sick last Saturday night, though, and it's a good thing that I went to the hospital because my blood pressure got dangerously low overnight. Must have had an infection, but the docs haven't figured it out yet. As long as I'm still breathing and not in too much pain and have my independence, I'm doing just fine.

I'll take some pictures later today. Too lazy this early.

Yeah, I can take some fairly close shots with my little camera. I'll try to get some different trich shots.

Trichs is really the only way to measure, ignore the last picture, that only applies if you can't see the trichs AT ALL. Which you clearly can

I can't quite get closeups that are as big as shown in your pictures. So my trichs look to me like they're white, or maybe that's simply a reflection off their surfaces. Can you tell what color they are in my photos? I would GUESS that they're mostly clear, but that's just a guess. It doesn't help that I'm colorblind. So even in your pictures I can't tell the difference between amber and cloudy.

Now the docs have to figure out what it was. But we have a very good medical clinic where I live, so I'm not worried about it.

I'm looking at them on my shitty monitor at work, but I would venture to say that you have a good mix of cloudy and some are actually starting to turn amber. I bet you have amber scattered in other places not in that photo.

LOL! I clipped off a bud for tonight. I'll just try a small part... that's all I need. Hoping it's strong. I really like knowing that I grew it myself! First time ever for me. Can hardly wait to harvest the rest.
