u can try and make the area smaller by surrounding with reflective material thus improving your lumens use.
well I'm thinking about buying 2 more 9 plug power bars and filling them up with the 13w CFL so that it doesn't blow a fuse and I get 69 lumes/watt for 1 13w CFL then 64lumes/watt for a 42w CFL

you might as well save yourself the headache and the trouble

go ahead and get some type of hps light. by the time you plug in and add all those wattages together they probably will be close to a 250 watt HID light.

they also have 50, 70 and 100 watt hps lights at home depot and lowes for real cheap. they sell them as security lights!!!

I can't have a 250w on 1 plug and getting a better wired plug in here isn't going to happen and if you red I grow in my bedroom so the heat will be to much and I'm not going to do expensive venting

250watts is not that much.

you are (correct me if im wrong) trying to wiring up 18 cfls right? 2x power plug bars. so im guessing you mean something like that

anyways if you are using 18 cfls. 18 cfls x 13 watts is roughly 230 something

OHHHHH, im reading you wrong.

i thought when you said you were getting 2 more power bars, i thought you were referring to some type of bathroom fixture lighting with 9 light sockets.

okay well shit....can you get envirolites? those would be better for you.

doesnt matter.

you are referring to two different things.

250 watts is really not shit. your computer is using more power than that!!!!
pretty much every thing is on 1 braker meening we can have a washer and dryer on but we can't use a microwave or any other high applince and I had a time I turned on 1 light 1 freaking 50w light and it blew a fuse

so why not map out your place electrically (if i said that right)

once you figure out what is what, use whatever breaker that is bigger for your grow. route all the other appliances and such to the other breaker.

you have to get those power sucking gadgets/devices off that breaker.

both the brakers aren't side by side, 1 of them got added on when the 2 rooms got built on
