IE9 is Internet Explorer version 9, so if you have MS Windows on your PC and update it then you will be running IE9 (which is shit but hey!) Try clicking the little siymbol on your browser that is nex to refresh and stop button (it's called the Compatability View and looks like two jaggy shapes that need joined together.
