What can a lawyer do if the crime has been proven as being commited? You cant fight it if you did it because you broke the law....Only thing a lawyer would do is add more money you owe because now you gotta pay the lawyer and sit in prison....It depends on how your state looks at it..Like Oklahoma has every major highway runing threw it so every drug in the united states hits oklahoma coming from mexico...The drug charges here are going to be more extreme but now we are clamping down on imagration so maybe just maybe this year or next year will be ower year and we need it...When I was in jail hlaf the people where in there for weed...From the same raids that got me it was like a sweep they do 5 times a year raiding.....Witch means they plan on it they look for POT growers..These cops didnt look for meth labs or coke dealers....They went for grow houses....
In the link i posted above in alaska your allowed to have up to 25 plants, and it says in cali you can in some places grow.

So basically what your trying to say is they don't give a shit and will bust your ass regardless?

See some people thinking moving to another state will solve problems but it doesnt...I allready have felonys for this crime NOTHING will remove them EVER. Even if laws change I will still have CDS felonys witch makes me look like a meth dealer to employers...

I wont run from my problems I have thought about moving to another state...But call me crazey I will not turn my back on the people in my state spending time in the same prison I did for the same bullshit....Ill grow bigger and bigger each year until it becomes so public they will either make it medical or raid me....They raid me though so many peoples lives will be affected by it that it forces people to liscen..It takes people like me getting arrested for it to happen..

Why would those laws affect me or people where I live? FEDs can come take you to jail reguardless of what your states laws are...They are the FEDs they do what they want when they want..

Not anoying at all....Sorry but that guy you knew though like this "Why do ten when you can send a friend?"

Ive been inside and out of this legal system if they have taken all your money and everything you own then jails where your gonna go.......He spent more money then he would have just taking the charge though..

Ok ima explain this the best way I can. Lets say I get raided with 5 plants just 5...Now lets say I have 4 guns in the house aswell(legal guns)..What do you think is gonna happen? They throw those gun charges in there your fucked for life...Prison time is the last thing on your mind when they take everything you own and money you earned... The only thing on your mind is "What the fuck did I do to diserve this?!!?" Then you realize you did nothing and keep doing it because they have made your fate....My fate is either behind bars or growing weed freely and behind bars is where ower government wants me so I play the cards I was delt...bite the bullet and do my thing if they lock me up well ive been there before and know some people there so it wont be so new.....

busts are never entertaining cops are as humorless as ashtrays and much meaner after smashing my wife in the face with a 9mm handgun, beating me senseless when I protested this act, threatening to shoot the dog AND THE CAT! tearing the house apart handcuffed and taken 50 miles (in Dec in Northern Canada -25degrees) charged and released w/o transportation or money or even any I.D. it was at home anyway I was growing 35 plants they were 1 day away from harvest I did 4 months and paid 3 grand in fines and donations to the DARE anti-drug campaign maybe I'm just cynical but I still don't see any entertainment value in this experience and it happened 9 or 10 years ago
I guess I'm lucky the porkchoppers didn't taser us to death good thing they didn't know my mother was polish or I'd be done for the only good bust is one that doesn't happen good luck

Entertaining in something to do such as reading, not busts. I apologize if u thought otherwise.

Damn cops are harsh everywhere, i was watching how not to get busted by the ex-cop, anyway he was saying cops that say they got in law enforcement to help and uphold the law is baloney and they just got in for the adrenalin rush.

Ive been down twice, got caught up in the life, got careless, got flashy, got on radar, got busted, ended up with an assload of drug related charges, beat them all except manufacturing, had to go bye bye, lost everything i owned including my wife.

Got out,got into some heavy shit, got charged with attempted murder, ended up taking a cop to Attempt to do great bodily harm less than murder, had to go bye bye again, didnt have anything they could take.

Got out, learned my lesson, been flying straight as an arrow for over 20 years.

I'm not saying that stealing is right, or ok, but I can see what you mean by making that distinction. I think there is no excuse for stealing from a person, but stealing from a STORE...it doesn't hurt any one person. Stores calculate for a certain percentage of shrink as it is.
I never felt bad about stealing from stores, they're there to make money, I'm stealing to save money, the store and I know what the other's game is. We play against each other.
With people, if you have the opportunity to take something, it means they feel comfortable enough around you, think enough of you, to allow that opportunity. It's just wrong to abuse that.

Stealing is stealing it makes you a theif.. Think of it this way sombody is effected at walmart when you steal somthing managment takes pay cuts.. When you steal somthing for personal satisfaction from anyone or anywhere your a thief..

When you steal somthing to feed your child because you cant feed him/her it is not for personal satisfaction its doing what you have to do to survive...Taking anything thats not yours for personal satisfaction is wrong from anywhere..When I see a punk ass kid stick somthing in his pants at a store imma call him on it if he doesnt return it imma steal it from him out in the parking lot.....If its candy eat it infront of him if its a toy give it to a different kid walking arround outside that didnt steal somthing....Its called doing the right thing people should try it some time it makes you feel good.

That type of situation is exactly why I said I don't think it's so bad stealing from stores. I'm not going to go into details or tell a sob story, but I'll say this: when I was younger, my mom was a single mom raising 3 kids without help, I don't think badly of her for the things she did to keep us fed and clothed.

shit boooky that story made me upset, i feel ya though... first time i got caught i was (thankfully) 16 was driving my boy's car without a license he had 2lbs in the floor i didnt know bout, i had about 3ozs in my backpack and i was going to school from just getting blazed at my friends house, rolled up right before the parking lot to my highschool and the officer on duty comes running up cuz im late, says he smells weed and calls for back up, since it wasn't my car i was considering running and telling him to report it stolen, i didnt know the cop and there weren't any cameras to ID me....soooo i jump out with my bag and start runnin, i made it across the street to the jects and i see this big fuckin german shepard coming up behind me fuckin thing launched off of someones porch and got my bag so i dropped it and ran around the side of a house where 2 cops were waiting guns up, i was fucked so stopped and they took me back to the car, where they announced i had 2lbs in the spare and 3 O's in my bag, when they asked who's car it was i didnt want to snitch on my boy, so i said it was on the side of the road runnin,(he didnt have a license either) they found the 2lbs the 3oz an open bottle of vodka somewhere, i had my knife on me so they said carrying a concealed dangerous weapon, took my cigs, and started reading charges, i swear they made some up-like conspiracy to commit a felony, conspiracy to break drug laws, shop lifting...lmao cuz i didnt have the receipt for my 2 year old knife, failure to use turn signal, evading arrest, failure to comply...blah blah blah spent a year in juvy6 months probation...turned 18 and it all disappeared....

which brings me to the 2nd much shorter story, racing while stoned in of all things a volvo station wagon with a turbo, going 90 in a 25 zone flew past a cop in an suv, saw the lights go on dipped down the first street i could turn on without him seeing me, turned off all the lights rolled into someones driveway and ducked down....i waited 10 mins in the driveway and saw 4 cruisers pass the house before i left, my boy told us after we got outta the city he had 4 bags of coke on him, i woulda been fucked....lol

you know, evading the police can lead to some interesting things...Once a bunch of us were driving home, and this cop flips a bitch just to come after us. My brother was driving so he just boned out. We were near the beach, where the streets are really intricate, and we lost sight of him pretty easy. Parked at the first possible chance, then ran down to the beach.

I don't remember what time of year it was, but it was the very first time I saw glowing plankton. When the waves crash, the plankton glow, the light moving like a wave. It was so cool. And if you kick up the wet sand, it glows for a second.

Now that's a magical story, especially that ending, I bet it was beautiful.

I totally agree, and people that know me are always surprised to hear about my shoplifting past. I just don't think anything else ever made me feel as good about my self as shoplifting did. I never needed the stuff, and in some cases the reason I stole things was because I didn't like it enough to spend money on it! It was a bad habit that shattered after the first catch.

i agree totally, but one thing however, if your stealing from the kid and give it to another kid, your handling the stolen goods, which is also illegal seeing as you know full well it is stolen. however! if you take it from the kid and tell him to fuck off then take the goods back to the store, that would be doing the right thing.

i totally agree with you though. :bigjoint:
