Feck all Chris. Got 6-7 weeks ledt in ma cotton candy n 4-5 on the chronic all goin well. Ma 3 mothers r almost ready for their 1st clone run so a lot happenin over the nxt few weeks. Hows yourself??
 
All good pal... Got all my free lights home... got jack herrer in week 2 flower room... Ak 48 going in tomorro... wappa, nebula, blueberry gum & swiss cheese all in the veg room and all 6 weeks old... gonna add a new plant to flower room ever 2 weeks

still over the water pal... 10 years now... well settled.. i get home quite a bit for family visits and the fitball... nearly every 6 weeks or so and every second trip i stay for 2 or 3 days wi the family... try and get to the bigger matches at parkhead and a hand full of the better away games and the family uses the season tickets when i canny go... best of both worlds... just sorted a nice wee basic watering system for when im away for 4 days or more... timer, small pump, bucket of water.... seems to be working no bad for the last couple of days... only one person kens what im at and he's away this xmas to so fingers crossed this hing works... last year i got stuck back hame with the weather and came back to dead plants and hermies... fucking nightmare... having a bit of temp problems just now too... fucking freezing with the lights off... had to get a wee heater in the room but canny get the temperature right... trial and error...
 
our rocklocks are coming down this week, will post some pics. i spent a few years in maryhill peniquick and inverness. love jockland.
 
About 3 miles away... sound man... need to hit the zzz up in 5 hours to do the paid slavery thing... 8 days to go... can't fuckin wait... stick your photo's up!!! talk soon taff
 
Hey guys Glaswegian here! First time grower as well n joined up not long ago but ive done loads of reading on this site.

Quick question, do you guys add nutes to just tap water or do you use R/O water? Wondering cause we can drink from the tap in this country unlike most others..

Your tap water should be fine mate dnt come much better
 
Cheers mate, how you guys doing anyway? not much activity on this thread :/ im gonna grow in a cuboard thats 47 inches in height x 30 inches width and 20.5 inches in depth, with a bit at the side which isnt as deep. Going to use 12/12 to keep them small, with a cfl for first 2 weeks then onto a hps. would a 600W hps be overkill for that space? ive got 4inch extraction and input fans for cooling and odor
 
i prefer rain water mate, but the tap water here will do. just watch your temps mate, a 6oo might be a bit much,try and see what temps you get at canopy height with it.
 
Well would a 400W be better then? Ive not got the hps yet so i could go for a 400. When reading this site though, so many people have posted how they used a 400w and upgraded to 600w and that its a lot better. But seeing as space is restricted the 400 is probably the wiser choice.
