I don't know if that could be witness tampering or not . We know the courts do things like that all the time. I never got to see the lawyer ,in my confusion I forgot today is a holiday and no one was there all day .

Threw his ass out when he called the cops again on saturday - he told the cops he was affraid of me when they got to my house and thats why he called them . WTF . I was not even here when he or they arrived , but my brother in law was here at my request during my absence in case some bullshit like this with this kid happened . Brother in law called me and handled the situation by telling the cops that the stepson had a day by day tenancy and it was terminated on the spot for lying , stealing , and not getting along/fighting with everyone . The cops said ok get your shit out and don't come back here or they were going to arrest the stepson for tresspassing , I fuckin love it .

I know . I did not intend to insult anyones beliefs . It's just that being a Christian means something very different to different people . Like me and my wife . To me it means that I don't let circumstances change my values . Regardless of how I can make out better . She has said to me I havent been a Godly man whenever I say something she doesnt like . Because I am not Godly in her eyes she then justifies behavior that could be anything - including changing values . To make it worse she has a group of people who think they have a church telling her that is ok . To me a real church means helping people when there is nothing to gain from it not just helping those who give them money for it .

I threw a sandwich and the PD I had told me to shut up cause I was already going to jail for 6 months - for throwing a sandwich at someone ? With no criminal Record ? I fired him in open court - cause that just scared the shit out of me - and hired an ex state trooper who became a lawyer - he had the case thrown out the next time I went to court . That was my only time with a PD . Hardly enough to make a call . That PD was just an idiot . Why is a PD my best option ? I really don't know shit about this but am sure I will when its done . A good friend of the NORML attorney here just told me $10,000.00 to have him represent me in this case , I almost shit . How does something that costs $400.00 to get into cost that much to get out of .

I cannot help you with your marriage, nor the baggage that has created your current situation. I can only post my own experience, as it relates to yours. And it most likely will not benefit you under your circumstances.

Don't think "if I pay $10,000 ill walk away with this with only the minimum.. No sir that's most likely the retainer. If its not the retainer then that's just him walking you through the court system, if that. That's not even including the price if you go to trial!

to imply that someone needs to work on their relationships because they ask for advice online is probably the most rediculous assumption i have ever heard. people come to this site to get advice from people who have experience with specific circumstances and subjects. i agree that pat needs to communicate openly with his wife, but theres nothing wrong with getting online and asking for advice from people who have had similar experiences.
