while i hope she's not, I'm quite sure she's aware of the drama that goes on here on a day to day basis bout him, and it wouldnt phase her much... doesnt make it justified though :/

but i feel differently about how people should go about certain things

that doesnt make me less of a person or less of a respectful person

what that means is that you have a different opinion than mine

oh well


theres a right time and wrong time to say things but not everyone agrees on when the right time or what the right thing to say is

so honestly if you continue to argue over it your only making yourself look bad

Good to hear it likely wouldn't bother her. Just something for everyone to think about before posting i guess.

Yes, fdd got popped by the feds. His wife said she looked out the window and the FBI was in their back yard. It has nothing to do with Rollitup, the story goes like this. He sold to someone who narked on him, probably to save themselves. So the feds targeted him, and asked fdd for some bud. fdd met with them, but didn't bring any bud. So they arranged another meeting to make the purchase, but instead the feds went to his house. They found his stash and arrested him. He is in jail in Oakland, and the feds want to move him to Illinois. His wife says he is not doing well, his blood pressure is way high. She is distraught, and feeling helpless. She says they cannot afford an attorney, so he doesn't even have one yet.

I don't think he has even been charged yet, although they have held him for 10 days. They have threatened him with conspiracy, and a penalty of 10 years to life.

I really appreciate your offers to help by donating to his family. If I can pull it off, I will try to handle your donations.

This is much more serious than that. With local law enforcement that might be the case, but the feds don't fuck around. They take people down HARD. If you've got even a few pounds they can get you for intent to sell which has a penalty of up to 5 years in federal prison on a first offense.

The same amount of bud that can get you probation and a fine if caught by the sheriff gets you years in prison if caught by the feds.

I feel for Fdd, I hope he gets out with the bare minimum...

My pa got busted for bud and he got charged recently. He got 2 years a few days ago... It really sucks :(

I guess Fdd knew the risks of what he was doing but nobody fully understands it until they are actually out of home and in jail for what they did. Who gets caught ey.. Same with my dad, he got caught over a pretty daft thing and his going to spend some time regretting it I`m sure.

I feel terrible for FDD... I never like to see people go down... its happened to me one to many times. God bless. I hope you bounce back from this quickly..

If somebody gave information about him to the police his not just going to sit there & think about his buddies... He has a wife & a kid to think about if I`m not mistaken.

Not saying people would be wrong to cover their ass from any potential risks, but it can`t be put as black & white as you just put it.

Side bar: this guy is the poster child type for ratting out other people to save his own skin. He clearly thinks he is better than everyone. People like that rat and relocate, they don't do time. From what i hear he is still in jail.. People that rat usually dont stay in jail, their out the same day or next. I know someone who got popped semi-big time by feds, he agreed to cooperate and was back on the streets in hours.

I really doubt fdd will snitch.And if he does whoever he gets booked deserved it for being fucking stupid lol its all public info he got picked up.

Well. Hopefully you're right. Nobody likes a rat. It's also possible he doesn't know anyone good enough to get him out of what they have on him. I guess we'll see if he just does the time without whining. Like he said. Either way, good luck to his family, etc.
