My Little Grow So Far

hi RIU just thot id share my little grow with you all.I have a pineapple thai thats been veggin for 2 months she's bn super cropped and lst'd to get me as many bud sites as possible. I also have 2 thai clones that were potted up 5 days ago. Theres 2 seedlings that are around a week old 1 afghan kush and one exodus cheese. The thai is under a 125w cfl(blue) the clones and seedlings r under a 24w t8 and 2 32w cfl's they will be swapped for another 125w cfl when they r a bit bigger. They r in a small closet temp 28c lights on and 19c lights off i have a small pc fan in the roof pulling air out and a desk fan circulating air in there. I have the bio bizz nute range currently only the big thai is on bio grow every other feed.i am currently setting up my flower tent ive ordered a 600w hps with dimmable digital ballast and super lumen bulb and switch. hopefully it will be setup soon.please chime in with comments or advice as this is only my 3rd grow so im still a noob lol

Your Pineapple Kush (I've never heard of that cross), is looking lush at 2 months, if a tad small but loving your training style. She's a beaut and really healthy looking especially so with such small lights.
And your Exo cheese looks proper cute at that size lol I'll have to sub this thread so I can see how she does...

I have an older thread too, with some cheese grown under real shitty conditions. You might find some inspiration there but it's a long thread lol so be warned!

hey man ive now removed the t5 that i use for seedlings and the small 28w cfls and replaced them with 2 125w(actual) cfls 1 over the pineapple thai (not kush) and 1 over the exo, afghan kush and thai clone ine added a 6in exhaust fan in the roof.im gonna put pics up now

Careful of those realy barky potting soils seem your seedlings are burning a little . Realy good vegging job that sativa is looking realy bushy should get a good yield and realy nice setup can`t wait to see the buds .

Hi fellow growers,so this is just an update of where my wee grow is now

Strains=pineapple thai vegging 3 months now under 150w cfl
Afghan kush(from seed) 1 month under 125w cfl and a 26w 3500k t8
Exodus cheese(from seed)1 month also under same light as above
2x thai clones in the prop been in there 5 days
temps 24c to 28c lights on and 19c lights off. dont know rh% just ordered a meter

the thai was lst'd so the stem grew kind of side ways and now all the side branches r level with each other she was also topped twice.transplanted her into a 14l pot from a 5l pot as she is of to flower on monday maybe tuesday.shes been on little nutes as shes in her 3rd pot now she has had 1/4 strength BioBizz grow,root juice at each transplant and just started 1/4 strenght bio heaven and fish emulsion(shit stinks).

So onto the 'little uns' the exo cheese and afghan kush r both doing well the cheese is yellowing slightly at the leaf tips due to "hot" soil so i flushed her thru with 6ltr of water.she's lst'd as thats what i do with my gals to promote more side branching so i get more buds at the end.the afghan got flushed with the same amount of water(same soil) and is also lst'd the brown on the leafs of the AK is from me dropping the light on it. Before i pulled them over the cheese stood at 7.5in afghan 9in now they r about 3 in high lol.my 600w hps light kit with isis reflector i ordered on thursday so when that arrives it'll be set up and the thai of to flower(pics to follow) the flower space is 4x6x8ft passive intake 280cfm 6" carbon filter a fan will blow directly at the light and one will blow over the canopy.when my flower light comes my goal will be to try and harvest 2 plants every 4 weeks all for my personal use i smoke about an oz and a quarter each month between me and my wife.once ive grew out the thai and the clones i will not be keeping that strain i want indica dom strains 8 to 10 week flower'rs and i want a lemon skunk as its one of my favs.any way enough keyboard bashing.until the next update next week i bid u farewell.CG
P.S the 2 clones in the first post got binned they were'nt growing much and they seemed to give up so i did too and they got chucked

HI all just got my 600w hps light so got to work building the flower room.ive been busting at the seems to get this light lol. At the moment it only the thai thats going to flower and its about time too she's been vegging 3 months.anyway just a few pics of the new room.

Wonder how massive that Thai is going to get will be watching closely to see how it does compared to other sativa varieties . Any idea on it`s flowering time ? Goodluck flowering that beast and hope to see that flowering room get some new additions for that lonely Thai peace .

hi tnsa,thanks for looking! the heat is not much of an issue ive got an 120cfm fan in my veg closet for exhaust,passive intake and fan blowing the air around.in the flower room ive got a 280 cfm 6" fan not using it yet as the temps r 28.3 and rh 42% but when it starts to stink i'll rig it up.thr flower space is an old tent that i had lying around the bottom was torn so i sliced it up and nailed the side panels from it to the joists and the top bit over the roof of it.update on the 14/8/12

Just a wee update,so today i re-potted the afghan and exo cheese the very bottom set of leafs on the exo were starting to yellow so i had a look at the roots they were getting cramped so i put them it in a 5l pot and because the afghan went into its pot at the same time as the cheese i thot fuck it and put that fucker in a new 5l pot too.once i potted them up i took 2 clones from the afghan and one from the exo.They r just over a month old now.i want to eventually end up with quite a few of these so i can hopefully harvest these every 4 weeks as they r 60 day strains.i took a couple of clones before the thai went into flower their rooting nicely once they have got roots that im happy with im just going to be putting them into 1L pots and up to the flower room just to see what becomes of them if anything I never took any pics of the thai thats in flower its only 4 days into 12/12 so as you all know fuck all has changed on that thing as its still adjusting to the new time scale.Thats it for now so until next time

just a wee update..my pineapple thai(aka pineapple punch) has been on 12/12 now for 13 days.and the magic is certainly happening.there are buds starting to form all over the plant i love it.the pics were taken at 10 days.the temps in the flower space are 26-28c lights on and 45-55% rh. lights off temp 19-21c and 68-77%rh.she's drinking around 2l every 2-3 days she gets 2ml grow and 1ml bloom every 3rd feed.in the veg closet my exo and afghan are going 12/12 in a week as that will be an 8 week veg and the clones i took from them r rooted and potted and have been under the lights now for 4 days.so i now have 2 afghan and 1 exo to have fun with!! my plan this time is to let one afghan grow normally and compare the yeild against an lst'd afghan.im now going to start trying to take 2 plants every 4 weeks

hi there again,well today is day 15 for my pineapple thai(aka pineapple punch).she is flowering hard and fast which is good...BUT i think there may be a possible ca/mg def look at some of the leafs some of them r starting to yellow up and dry out in 2 days that leaf is dead! any ideas????? shes on 1ml/L of bio grow and 0.5ml/L of bloom and top max.i fed hjer this with a little epsom on the 28/8.temps are 25.6C lights on give or take a couple of degree's RH is 47% or there about.lights off temp 19/21C and RH 70%.there are 2 little thai clones that once rooted were put straight to flower just to see what happened.they r doing good they went in at around 4" and they've grew another3" since put into 12/12.no nutes yet for them.also on the 27/8 i put my exo cheese and afghan kush into 12/12 they have been lst'd so the main stem is growing horizontal and all the side branches have came up to 11" on the afghan and 12" on the exo.so they are only on day 2 so nothing has changed YET!!! my flowering plant count is up to 5 now so the thai is not looking so lonely and lost up there on its own.

my veg closet now has 2 afghan clones rooted and vegging under18/6 and 1 exo clone also vegging under 250w (true) cfl's.if all goes well they will be going to flower in 4 weeks.im not training them in any way this time as im curious to see what the yield difference is if any.or if i should just start a clone sog and keep a mom to take my clones from.if the missus lets me take over another place in the house for the mom plants(i will have to talk real nice to her) lol.well onto the flower pics...bye for now.
P.S if anyone has any ideas as to whats going on with the thai will be greatly appreciated.

Think it looks like a bit off nute burn,also see you fan leafs how they are turnning up the way,think your lights are a bit close,some overdrive in trust as i once got told lol,looks fine try feed every second water with nutes see how that goes,good luck
