The thing you morons keep forgetting is this: If trayvon had just ran way and not stopped until he was safe, then guess who would have lived another day?
It is not possible for Zimmerman to catch trayvon, he can't run anywhere as near as fast and he also doesn't have a good 500 foot head start. The ONLY way for Zimm to catch Trayvon is if trayvon decides to beat the shit out of Zimm and comes back to do so, otherwise Trayvon would have lived.

all you need to know to know that your scenario is bullshit is that witnesses described another chase and that you can't squirm your way 50 feet down the sidewalk if your aggressor knocks you to the ground and immediately pins you, as zimm claims.

hmmmm, maybe if martin just went up to Zimm and said " why are you following me?" Zimm could have replied " we have had some breakins recently and you lookied suspicious." To which Martin could have replied " I was just coming back from the store for some skiitles and a ice tea (Shows his items) and was going to my Dad's GF's place over there in #321"
to which Zimm could have said " Oh, ok , just checking to make sure everyone is safe, I am the watch captain around here, thanks and have a nice night, sorry for any inconvenience.
But that didn't happen instead Martin Broke Zimm's nose then tried to bash his head in, then tried to strangle him all the while on top of him. At least thats what the eye witnesses say anyway, none of them say Zimm attacked anyone.
BTW at what point did Martin let Zimmerman know that he wasn't doing anything wrong? Did he send it by post? A phone call? Big neon sign? Exactly when did this happen?

Yea, I don't blame you for skipping right over the post where I took you to reading comprehension school to address my opinion by presenting a wholly ridiculous scenario that is not remotely close to what occurred in this Zimmerman/Martin incident. It saves you from doing the intellectually honest thing and admitting that you read the statute incorrectly.
Of course one needs intellect and honesty to make such an admission and it is clear that you are lacking in both areas.
In my final response to you, at least until you have the courtesy to man up and admit your reading mistake, I need only say that basically I am saying exactly what I said and that I need not have anyone put words into my mouth. I am writing in plain English so there is no need for an interpreter unless your first language isn't english, which I am beginning to think may be true in your case. I do not feel that Zimmerman's injuries rise to level of life threatening, but I am open to changing that view with more information. To my knowledge, Martin did not have a weapon, so obviously your .357 would be game changing.
I didn't read it incorrectly , you did, and you still are. SYG means that you don't have a duty to run away if you are unable to. If you are in your home, you are unable to run away, it doesn't mean you have to be physically incapable of running away.
It makes no difference if Zimms wounds are ACTUALLY life threatening, it only matters if Zimm believes they are, that is the ONLY qualifier to make self defense legal, yours or anyone elses opinion on the wounds doesn't have anything to do with it.
