next time dont shake as long then collect and separate the different grade. if i had the option i would use a fine screen first for just the first collect few seconds, then a normal screen for a few secs. then the final shake with the normal screen and get all the final thc and the green shit that comes with it.

but this way youll still get you good yeild but you will have some "fine" quality to smoke a little of, this is what i do pretty much with my small collections of trim, that or ISO which i seem to be getting the hang of.

I have no clue what brand or sizes my bags are. They just colored yellow, red , green, blue, grey an numbered 11-15 googling shows most brands that yellow 73mu but this one looks to be largest in set... I may just order a 120mu bag off ebay. I did mine into two buckets because on youtube vids it seems to go EVERYWHERE. Only down side is bucket so foggy i couldn't tell what color. That and initial sift was what was green n gummy. I assume it was because they where fresh chopped buds and all the moisture n them. I did freeze imidiatly after chop

it does seem to go every where but it just depends you can control where it goes pretty much i use a 2x2 stainless steel table and cover it edge to edge occasionally without losing a drop so to speak just go to watch the distance you shake from the table.

i would have dried then froze, and if you could right before i hashed em let them sit in the dry ice for 30min. it just means less shake time. and it doesnt take that long at all if the bud is really cold you should get most of the good stuf within a minute or 2 of shaking before green starts to come out with it.

as far as size.. dont know if they have a brand call the people that make or make you own call perhaps if you can tell by eye.

Added Soul Synthetics "Big Swell" to my routine. Feed out 5ml with the rest of my routine.

Here's the Schedule

Ingredient list.

Buddha Grow
Buddha Bloom
Trinity
oregionism xl
HP2
HPK
Extreme Serene
Ancient amber
Elemental

Eventually I will have enough ingredients to move up to the Master Feeding schedule.

Also the dolomite lime
Grandmas molases (prolly won't add now that I have big swell)
Brightwell Remineralize when using just RO water

I believe the yellowing of my purple wreck leaves may be just a sign that she's finishing up. I noticed the branch that broke is still nice and green suggesting to me that its delayed in growth compared to others. Pics in a bit, I have the kids.

^^^you assume wrong:p...... Nah she's just the fat sister in the family, likes a bigger meal.......She's hungry for N, and your not close to finishing yet IMO. But at this point, you've lost most of your fan leaves due to the N deficiency(lock??), so no reason to add Nitrogen/ damage is done and your yields will suffer..........lesson learned friend.

edit: have you checked your ph yet????did you get your meter??

no PHing for the lazy growers :eyesmoke:

EDIT I should listen to you psuagro, the violator kush is look a bit worst tonight I think, it's not looking better thats for sure. How can I check the ph of the soil with the ph strips ? (if I look around the house I am sure I can find ph strips!!) Do I have to do a drench and stick the strip in the upper layer of soil or just looking at the runoff will do?

do you use dol lime in your water regularly? seriously!?
bwahhaha. im sorry no not "regularly" per say but about once every 2 weeks when i feed compost tea. and usualy its a small amount more to buffer the solutions pH.

i just add a tsp per tea because usually that will raise the pH to the perfect level. sometime tho the tea does not need it and it dont add it. my compost tea is the only water i pH. i use nutrient solutions that have pH buffers in them already (ionic and Bonnies) and tap water(6.7)
growing in "pro-mix" or something like that.

smoking on some purple i just microwaved while im here giving you my life story.... jk, im in a good mood. JPA (just playn around)

ok isnt compost tea always supposed to be neutral at 5.5 ? I should really take my ph strips out!! Sometimes I feel like I have no fkin idea of what I am doing... not fun!! I dont have a microwave and I think they are bad for you!!! haha, I am very impatient, but drying buds in the microwave, you my friend are worst than I am!!

its not so bad and yeah microwaves acna be dangerous, and for some reason always at ball level. i stand to the side, but never in front of a microwave.

but besides that mines a little oldschool wood vineer 1980s 800w model. barely any power. it takes about 20 min but if it do it right it tastse normal, not harsh or odd at all. when i used to have a nice micro 1500w i would never do it. straight up fries the bud.

yeah compost tea will tend to swing between 5.0 and 6.0 i like mine to be around 6.0

I don't know wtf I did to piss off the gods but they are seriously taking it out on my grow.

Purple wreck was looking worse so I went ahead and assumed nute lock. I ran 15 gallons of RODI water through the 3 gal pot and poked holes all the way through airating. Last 5 gal where remineralized and ph balacanced. Flushed through pot.. Added light nute solution, flushed down into pot and added a tiny bit more. Let her sit in tub for a while. To drain,

She's had plenty of nutes... had to of been lock.

Stepped into closet to take a toke while kids where occupied. Noticed the used light flickering a little took a look and half the lights were out.
As soon as I noticed that.... black out. Kids crying and whining.

Whole neighborhood was without power until late so I didn't get to deal with it last night.

Today, I took it apart and played with it. (120 screws to get board off) One of the LED's was out breaking the circuit. You think they would have been in parallel. I ran to walmart in the rain and picked up a soldering iron and tacked on a jumper. So far it's working again. Took me a while. I am beginning to think its a Chinese knock off. Some things look different inside. That's Now I have to head out to work... :(

I'll leave you with a few bud shots

No, I havent. But I can't imagine that PH would still be an issue if I add lime every watering. I'll see about a meter.

I wen't ahead and flushed Lemon OG as she was showing hints of defeiceincy. While I had her out of the closet I noticed she took on the most appealing Mango/papaya scent mixed with a little orange.. Far from Lemon scented as the name would hint but you won't hear me complaining lol.

who told you to add lime at every watering?...lime works instantly and CONTINUES over time to raise your soils Ph....a very alkaline medium is just as bad as acidic.....also Cal/mag toxicity will lock out some major mobile elements....which is what were seeing.....never add anything unless you know your ph,a meter is also necessary in soil; it's just used less a poly stated.

don't like the meter your buying either....the probes to short, need to hit the root zone or are you planning on digging up samples:-P

I add a tsp lime to gal water because my RODI water is obviously highly acidic. I had tested it in the beginning and that was about how much it took to balance the water so I stuck with it.

Oh well, I got a meter on the way and and a week or two left on this grow. Next round I will have a better grasp on it and will be able to monitor better.
