so he paid taxes on the houses for 5-7 years.. he lost more then 4k uless he was renting, but how do you rent while fixing it up

ps goodluck in colorado man i went out there 2 winters ago to go snowboarding.. went and bought a burton custom x just for it. the snow out there is so powdery and awesome compared to where i was from.. PA, but blue mountain is cool
