securedownload-244.jpg Think this is from defective genetics...or the Bayer i fed this plant lol. Its a girl and she is flowering. It will be interesting to see if she buds weird. I have seen Sun leaves bigger than my head and ive seen bud growing out of a leaf but never this. there are quite a few like this on said plant.

Ok guys I need help again, how do I pick the plants to bloom? The oldest ones? by size? or some other way...I will be setting up my first bloom room today.

Its a bit of an art, rather than anything more scientific.

sometimes I may choose t bloom immediately what I 'believe' may be a weaker plant, whilst I keep what I 'believe' is a stronger plant as a mom.

Its all up to you. Consider your grow-room management, that's most important.

"Hempy Fever Pizza"
If you can't tell, I'm bored and living vicariously through WOH pictures so keep them coming. My BF LSD's are 25 days old and still waiting for roots to hit res (no growth explosion yet). They just look weird too. Every day I ask myself if I want to continue the LSD grow and that comes after ditching the Blue Cheese grow. My backup plan...DNA Sharkbreath is not germing right (3 so far)...gotta bad pack of seeds I think. Up till now, everything I've ever touched grew for me and did well. I actually feel a touch of growers depression. So what better way to cheer myself up than...."Hempy Fever Pizza".
I took my "beer pizza dough" recipe that I make in a bread machine with Hefeweizen beer and spiked it a bit with kief/garlic infused olive oil with a sprinkle of Pineapple Express sugar leaves. (all hempy grow)
Then I topped it with all the other ingredients. 450° for 12 minutes and it's dodne.
Sliced tomatoes
Chopped olives
Chopped purple onions
Sliced jalapeno's
Pepperoni
Cheese

Here is the "sauce version"...pardon the vegan cheese (food allergy to dairy products)

PM me for the dough recipe...it's easy with a bread machine dough cycle.

So the BF Liberty Haze is junk so far... Nearing the 21 day-defoliation mark and the internode distance on all the LH I cloned is horrible, I have no confidence they will yield well at all. Probably getting rid of it after this run. The World of Seeds Strawberry Blue is still doing really well (especially for a freebie seed), I like the branch architecture so far.

Also - the fiancee and I just bought our first house, we are closing on it now, 4 bed house so I will have all the room I need for the garden since its just the two of us... During the inspection on the house, I found that most all of the outlets have been wired backwards (something called hot-neutral reverse where the wires in the outlet are essentially switched backwards) - my buddy at work has a son who is an electrician and I am going to have him look at this before I move the garden to the new place. All the breakers are 20amp in the house, so that's a plus. I might ask him to wire in a new 30amp in the room I am going to use, the breaker panel is in the room and it would be a very short section to install a new plug box with a dedicated 30amp. Anyone in WOH ever wire up a new breaker on their panel??

Congrats on the house, Prae. That's really cool.

Alas .. electricity is sorcery to me. I'm about as much help as a Tesla coil in a rainstorm.

As you may be able to see, the plants on the right are Royal Cheese. The buds are massive and frosty but the plant has developed what I believe may be a cal/mag def. I bought some of this today, it was the only cal/mag supplement they had, worth a try me thinks :bigjoint:

That gives me hope :) here's what I did today The Vault before, 100_2005.jpg100_2006.jpg And after...I replaced a 10 light straight fixture with this 100_2007.jpg Put in the splitters and now I have a round fixture and it fills the space better. I can use the whole floor not just a section. I redid the floor as well, too many patched together pieces made it hard to move pots, so it's nice and smooth now. I also hod the cords under some of the plastic so I can control any water issues...I placed a few plants in and tested the light 100_2008.jpg with my new Light Meter, set to Lux...I will figure it out. But so far so good. I weather stripped all the cracks and put Mylar on the door... And the new residents move in100_2011.jpg100_2012.jpg I do have one Auto In flower and am hoping for the best, Everyone was watered, pruned or topped as needed and we go 12/12 tonight

Got a few stringy seedlings there. .. I'm sure you know this already, but that because the lights are too far way.... If you can get them closer, they'll appreciate it. Apologies if i'm just stating the bleedin' obvious.

You have a nice setup, im concerned you don't have enough 'oomph' when it comes to lumens. .... Your pics really suggest you're serious about the growing; soon you'll want HID lighting ... when you do a 600W dimmable is the way to go. :peace:

Great Job Whocares :leaf:

Thanks Moe, That means a lot to me :) I do plan on upgrading, I have a security light in the barn and I may use it as a remote ballast...The stringy ones are just bag seed, so if they make it, even better...BUT the meter was set to Lux.,..Not sure how to do lumens...but I'm trying and using what I have.
