not enough lighting at all.
1. you definitely need more lights.
2. in my opinion you might be watering too often. wait until the first 1-2 inches of surface dries up, then add water until it drains out the bottom. trust me.

she hasn't been growing because she's in shock. stop fucking with her.

these are your baby steps.

Is it possible to set her outside nd let nature take over?
DO NOT DO THIS unless your lights normally turn on around the same time as sunrise and temps indoor and out are relatively the same. Im gonna say that for our purposes here you can never have too much light, just your plants too close to the light. heat will burn the plants like sunburn for ppl. you have right now approx 72 watts..you could pack as much as 350-600w on top of her and shed love it.

Hey Chief, nice little plant, but that is the size you want to see at 2-3 weeks. More light bulbs. More light bulbs. She has a nice green color and will explode under light. Peace - Aim

do NOT water like this, that will rot her in a pot that size.

i would get more cfls.

you want to water when the soil dries out. the less water you use per watering, the quicker you can water again. i think you should use 4oz every watering for now.

i actually measure the amount of water i use. i use the least amount i can, so they drink it all in 1 day and therefore i can water everyday.

FM, I will try tht nd thanks for tha links. I've been running those 2 13w on 24/0 since day 1. Did I f up nd not kno it? How do I transition to 18/6 or should I wait til flowering nd go str8 12/12?

Dont trip out dude your doin fine. veg can be 18/6 OR 24/0, but i wouldnt recommend both. Keeping in mind that your plant will stretch 1.25-3x its size during flower, when your plant has vegged big enough, flip it to 12/12.

Sweet! I was a lil worried about tht light timing. I have ff big bloom nd grow big. I mix 1/4 tsp of both n rain water collected n buckets. Is tht cooh?

ya that should be fine. rain water is cool but if your leaving buckets of water out, you can just leave out a bucket of tap for 24hrs and the chlorine should evap out of it. if u have a good strain it shouldnt be that finnicky about water. Tap in AZ sometimes comes out at 750ppm! but i still use it sparingly without damage to my plants.

Do what this man says. I just learned this the hard way with seedlings/small plants and lost 2 weeks of growth as a result of drowned plants. DONT drench them until they get bigger.

good rule of thumb is 1 gal for each month old. i start in solo cups and move them to 2 gal at approx week 3-5. that 10l wont be big enough to flower. i like to use at least 5gal to flower.

For a plant that size, I only use 1 24 to 28 watt 6400k CFL.

Once it grows larger, I add two.

Under two CFL's I Veg plants that are 8 to 12 inches tall (LST and pinching them down) in 2 gallon pots. By the time they are ready to flower they are full, lush, and ready to rock and roll. I flower under mixed spectrum CFL so I have to keep em short. If I use any MORE light than that, they will grow right out of the pot.. 2 is just about perfect 'for me'.

My opinion is just get that CFL 2 inches above the plant (don't burn it) and let her do her thing.. some grass takes longer than others and not all environments are equal.

That's what I would do.. everyone else's own mileage may vary.
