For hydro:

I've tried General Hydroponics Flora Nova and Flora-3 part with supplements. The Nova 2-part is organic (whatever the hell that means). The Micro part of the 3-part is available in a hardwater formula so if you are using tap water it is one of the few nutrients (that I know of) that accommodates it.

Also, G.H. seems to be relatively forgiving when used in excessive amounts.

I am also trying Fox Farm 3-part with supplements and so far so good - but need more experience before commenting further.

Thanks for the info on the hard-water formula(a lot of growers don't use RO water)--Please keep us up to date on the results---also post anything you add during your grow----thanks

I've use fox farm and advance. Advance in my opinion is over rated with to much shit to buy. Right now I'm trying natures nector. Its 3 parts. Separate n p and k. It say don't adjust ppm or ph. Its also certifed organic. Its so simple but when I did check ph it was at 5.0. Seem low to me but it says Dnt adjust. Also I'm using it at half doses. I burn
alittle in the begining.
Welcome to Organaponics.com!.

I was reading about growers putting fish in the hole after pulling your plants for the season, when you start your grow next season plant over the holes you "fished" the season before----old school organic!!!-------one more question---do you want organic or chemical based products?

yea its my baby of course lol
Ok----You can pick any of these up at wal-mart/homedepot/lowes/smiths-------Peters complete(chem/contains all nuts needed in the right ratio's--good rep) alaskan fish fert(organ/very good for the veg phase---good rep) Green-light(my fav of all the chem nutes that can be purchased at a lot of non-hydro shops---They have a complete line of products as well from neem oil to a super bloom for flowering) Bat Guano( almost any brand will do----keep in mind the npk on the label, you want more n in veg and more pk in bloom)-get some sucanat(sugar)-use in the bloom phase----note-----watch for ants bugs when used outdoors. Hope this is a good start for you.

I use Shultz 10-15-10 for flowering and the box recommends 7 drops per gallon. I use maybe 1/2 a gallon and close to 10-12 drops with no signs of nute burn.

Don't worry about the budget----growing this beautiful plant can be done with very few dollars or 10's of thousands. Each growing situation is different(my first grow when I was 15 cost me under $30.00 for the whole grow). As far as germinating the seeds there are many different methods you can find from some great growers on this site(Feel free to PM, but I would like to keep this thread within the title) thank you---search---germinating seeds, and also harding off(getting plants acclimated to the outdoor environment a little at a time)..

GotBeat5.0, with the bud blood do you hit your plants with an extended dark period right before you go 12/12, when you first add bud blood? I heard you can sex your plants within a few days using that method and bud blood.

Very nice, you could try to bump up your PK a little since you are in flowering. I think the shults has some micro's in it as well? keep up the great work...
