seriously people....the guy isnt in california.....he has no rights when it comes to growing pot unless he is in a medicinal state....dont make a complaint...dont set up boobie traps..dont make a stink at all....feel lucky that they didnt trump up a charge or havent been back with a search warrant...which is no problem if they already saw the plants....leave the pigs alone and they will leave you alone...if they are still fuckin with you move to a place that you arent known .....the other thing is...if you are growing..first and foremost keep a low profile....

I agree! you DID get lucky there, even though they were doing illegal things too. dont grow there again! if you make a big deal of it, you could still get screwed over. however, evidence in court can NOT be used if there was no search warrant or the popo's obtained it illegally.

just shut up about it, and if you really want to grow...then move.

You guys are wrong cops don't need a warrant to search your land in in some situations.
The Fourth Amendment applies to a search only if a person has a "legitimate expectation of privacy" in the place or thing searched. If not, the Fourth Amendment offers no protection because there are, by definition, no privacy issues.

You guys may want to take a look at the open fields doctrine. Remember their have been a lot of people trying to take away from our freedoms since day one of the founding of this country & have passed many laws that the courts deem constitutional that actually take away rights. Even the courts themselves sometimes legislate from the bench the open fields doctrine is prime example.

Also check out the plain view doctrine

Cops make up probable cause on the drop of a hat...if you dont think those five cops can between them come up with some reasonable cause you are fuckin loco my friend....shut your shit down for a season or two....and get some video cameras....I believe you can pick them up for under 20 bucks. Oh....and build a fence around your yard...even if its just some barbed wire wrapped around a few trees...it will work to keep their quads and bikes off your property. Good luck my friend

well... they are off the property now. i didnt dump them all... i still have a half dozen. i have to move them. do you guyz think they should be moved day or night? - i live in the BOON DOX and the cops have NOTHING better to do t han hand out parking tickets at the local fair once a year and harrass ME. --- you people dont even know. the chief has been after my whole family since they day they moved in becuase back when i was 16 i ran from them on a little dirtbike and long story short there, i was arrested at gun point. my dad was charged with some bull shit by the chief and my brother was charged with 13 felonies durring the raid. i had nothing in the house and was charged with an empty bag. no lie.. an empty bag. that was my 2nd possesion charge. now i'm 19 on probation and got pulled over LAST NIGHT 45 minutes away from my house. they searched my car and scraped bud off the floorof my car. about 5$ worth and charged me with possesion. they didnt arrest me but charged me. now i have to deal with my 3rd possesion charge while on probation for a recieving stolen property charge. this state trooper pulled me over and first thing he said. and keep in mind i didnt have my license on me so he had no idea who i was other than from past experiences. --- "mr. --------, have'nt we dealt with each other in the past?" my though "oh shit, thats trooper ----" and it was all down hill from there.

I think you just answered your own question then. you obviously should destroy the plants and squash all hopes of ever growing again until you move out of wherever it is you live. and i mean out of the town/out of the state/FAR AWAY! because you now have 3 possession charges and youre already on probation theres probably a good chance since you violated probation that you will end up gettin some jail time. but who knows. just saying i think a "Higher Power" is telling you to stop fuckin around and get your life back on track before you go growing any pot!

Let me get this right, the local po po has a hard-on for you AND your family, you have been raided, your on probation, the house you decided to grow plants at HAS BEEN RAIDED BEFORE, the cops have nothing better to do than had out parking tickets (raids are much more exciting than parking tickets), you now have 3 possession charges, you don't always take your license with you when you drive even though you have a po po target painted bright neon RED and Blue!!!!

You should think about this for REAL! You want to grow, not go to prison right? Cause the closest thing to growing behind bars is if you get lucky enough to be on a chain gang pickin' cotton down south! Chill out, keep a LOW profile, do you have any friends? Give the plants away or bury them! Get them away from you, you are too hot; it's like putting a seedling 5 inches away from a 1000w HPS - yes you could do it, but won't it just get burned? Tell your buddy to kick you down some at harvest. Don't go getting yourself into more trouble driving around with plants in your car, think about Trooper DipShit pulling you over with no license and there are 6 plants in your car!! Can you say trumped up cultivation charges added to your 3 possession charges!!!

Find a new city to live, figure out a way to make some scratch, keep low to the ground and try to stop introducing yourself to the po po!!! Then, once you get settled in and it's nice an cool (in other words the heat is way off, like no probation or court cases pending) THEN start planning your grow. Growing in peace is so much better for your plants and your mindset, remember plants like humans don't like stress! Your 19, don't spend the next 19 under the thumb of the MAN behind bars, there are too many already there.

what are half of you people thinking, stop your operation. you are obviously under radar especially if your house has been raided before lol. Dont listen to these people saying to escelate the situation and saying how your rights were violated blah blah. You are growing, you want as little attention as possible. Move soon and keep it inside. It baffles my imgination what people say when it does not concern themselves. Jail sucks and prison i dont ever want to know about. Ya it sucks what the cops did and its not right but do you want that much attention on your house by going to a chief and complaining about these guys? and those cops explain themselves and say they thought they saw marijuana plants, and check your record and see whats been going on.... ya the list of what to happen doesnt look good.

If he didn't have so many posts already I would think this was a joke/fake posting just to get a reaction, but I don't think that is the case, just a younger adult like most of us were when we were that age... Young, dumb and full of cum! ahh to be 19 again... LOL (no disrespect meant on that, just a joke from an old man)

my town population is 1600. the ONE school in town is EVERY GRADE and has only 275 or so kids in it. - 250 back when i was in it. --- SMALL TOWN you cant fart in a cross-walk here!
