They are looking stunning KC. Really nice and even, and you know how I am about even canopies bro. Poor little BuKu looks like such an oddball in there! Once they really start to bulk up you're going to have to pull them out and get us some nice closeups in natural light. Gotta make you work a little bit in there buddy!

BuKu is really coming into her own now, starting pistiling now. Each of the Cataract heads seem to double every day, frostiness coming in pretty hard now.

First of all I`ll say, hell yeah to everyone who replied!! Knew this would pick-up a bit when the flowers rolled out

Hey KC, looks outstanding. I bet the aroma is picking up nicely in there. I was wanting to ask you how you work calmag into your feeding and watering schedule. Calmag was the first supplemental feeding product I bought and used on my plants when they were young. I really haven't used it much since then, except for the occasional random watering with some. I don't quite nderstand the benefits of the ingredients, or if its possible to over do it, that's why I've mostly laid off of it. I didn't see any major problems our deficiencies.

It is possible to over-do it with CalMag, yes Curious. But it depends on your water source as well. I change locations a lot, so I`ve stuck with distilled for the longest time as I know exacl ywhat goes into my feedings (0ppm base). Your water may be low in salts, chlorine, etc. which might make it okay to use hence no deficiencies for you . Best way to check is get a PPM meter and check your local water.
I use 5ml/4L of CalMag with every watering after the plants can recieve nutes along with the corresponding veg/seedling formula you use. I`ve now gotten down to 4ml/4L every feeding and will decrease to 3ml the following week. I usually halt the CaMg sup`s around week 6 and run just silicates, sugars, etc. with the bloom formula. I`ll try to break it down real well (my pet-project for tomorrow, haha), in terms of the feeding curve as we go here

I`ve as of today arranged for some sweet camera gear so I`ll post a real nice mid-flower update with the ``Boss`` camera, and it`ll come back out for a black-dropped photo shoot at the end. I`ve already got the plans for that in the works too mate, I`m all day with this cannabis thing man!! Good to hear from you as always bro, can`t wait to see your adventures

Sounds like a nice experiment to me Steelie, thanks for stopping in. I`d gladly come by and help with the Mainline aspect, Stone will have you covered with the Hempy . He just pulled down some monsters!!

Welcome guys to the beginning of week 4! We`re at Day 22/15 of flower for the girls, looking good, giving me an idea of the weeks to come. Made the final clearing to the undergrowth on the ladies that required it (all but Jill really), and watered Leader and Jill with the week 4 mixture of 20ml PBloom, 4ml CalMag, 2ml Silica Blast (/4L distilled). You`ll notice it`s a hot one today here, had to turn up the fans a bit to try to void some of the hot ... hoping for a cool breezy night, haha. Anyways, here`s the girls,

Lookin good KC. Wow, I thought my temps were getting high - went from ~70-72 to 77-78 and it looks like you're at 90. Any concerns or are your strains OK with higher temps? I know you have been dosing them with silica which should help mediate a bit.

Thanks for poppin` in Yankee. I get worried when we hit 90F, yeah, haha. Kicked up the fans to get it down, but on these hot days it`s hard to regulate the temperature in the surrounding room w/o dedicated AC. But my energy footprint is practically nil with my set-up now. Should be down soon, and the 2ml /4L silica was an up from the 1.25ml they were supposed to receive because I anticipate a bit more before a cool-down in my area. Keep in touch mate,

**Edit - And the Kushes I have running are a little more heat tolerant to begin with Yankee, as long as we`re not staying at 90F+ for more than a few days, they`ll be fine. They`re tough . It`s the humidity that scares me, which has been fine **

Haha, appreciate it Myco, love my Kushes. Never grown that Lemon Kush, but have grown the Lemon Skunk many times. Have a feeling that the lineage of the LK would be something like an OG x Lemon Skunk or something equivalent as to not dilute the Indica dominance too much. Should be an 8-9 weeker with strong branching. Probably was an emphasis on flavour during their breeding process. Hope I could help mate, thanks for stopping in,

Some light reading for those new to the BuKu heritage and legacy

Also a little bird made a drop this morning and supplied me with some very nice genetics I`ll be sure to get rippin`soon. Sad part was all the GDPxBlue Dream seeds got the good ol` postage smash, similar with some of the Dog Kush crosses, but meh. Plenty pumped for the new C99 beans, CaliBand, and all the Bubbas. You`re the man Caveman!!
