Germany and Japan has some of the best steel (culinary).. Not sure where you could have a custom made one from scratch.. Maybe try this guy:

The Thoracodorsal is a middle subscapular nerve. I don't know where your scapulars are but they aren't EVEN close to a lip on me.

comments anyone? What is wrong with me? I came on today and saw what I wrote, don't remember any of it , and am nothing but ashamed. I did drink and took some pain pills but I think I have issues that I can't identify regardless. It is by no means an excuse for my behavior.
Help me please... I want to fit in but I don't know how. Could everyone accept my apology and perhaps give me some insight?

Japan woodworker. Its an online store.....decent prices, all hand forged. Theres alot of crap out there, these guys are the real deal. This things as sharp as a razor, it would be great if you had to cut off someones dick and stab them with it see4. Nice to see ya again :):):)

I had a friend who had cancer once and they were giving him all sorts of pain meds to deal with it. Hed have fits of rage and hed cry and scream at everyone. It was a damn shame. He was way older than me but he had the same perspective on life as i do. Hed give ya the last five bucks in his pocket if you asked him. He yelled at me plenty of times, id just leave him be and he would be better the next morning usually. The pills and the cancer drugs from what i heard ended up making him go kinda looney and he wont return my calls or e mails anymore. I hope that ole birds still around ;) hey pat, if you can get off those pills do it bro. Those kinda drugs do bad things to a guy...good luck :):):)

I didn't look it up. It's a field I work in darlin'. You don't need any insight from us you gave it away. I bolded your confession of your issue. Go get yourself into a 12 step program and work it hard. When you get to the Amends step come back and make them.

I hope you mean this and if you do I wish you luck on implementing it.

Thanks man, you are a real stand up guy,much respect. I need the pills though. MJ works some but I'm looking to get back in the workforce and can't medicate legally. See I threw my career away. I had to just pack up the tent and leave to get one of my sons out of a bad environment. It was the only option to me. I was later injured and required much rehab. Now I think maybe the noodle needs some rehab. LOL.

Thanks but I really don't think I have a substance issue. I do drink but not that much. maybe 3 drinks a week if that. It's just sometimes I'll do those 3 drinks in one sitting and mix them inadvertently with the meds like I did yesterday. My sis was a raving alcoholic and the 12 step helped her. In my case though I'm thinking maybe some professional help.
