The people that are upset and disagree with the verdict are too simpleminded to understand the law, how the justice system works, and the concept of evidence. The only thing they know is emotion; thank god our justice system isn't based on emotional appeals.

the law how justice works ......................throw enough money at it and u walk away ...................name one one rich ass person that has gotten convicted.......as for zimmermen he had ppl offering money to his defence for the lawyers ......if he had to use his own money he would have been in jail for murder

he pushed the whole thing ...............if it was not do to his action the kid would be alive..............if he did something wrong be in jail he he was clean like ppl are saying then he would be at home ...................but do to the simple fact of zimmer choice he is not here .............it is his fault a life was taken by his hands by his choices

I think it's weird how none of the news organization use an up to date
photo of Martin. Every picture is of this little boy but none of them are
pictures of him at 17. And they use pictures of him at church in the choir
trying to capitulate the whole thing into a race and age issue. I'll say it
again, if Martin had killed Zimmerman he would of been tried as an
adult.

It's not that whites are claiming him. We didn't claim Richard Ramirez who was clearly a sick individual. The black community was riled up and fed inaccurate information in an attempt to disrupt civil justice. It was the "leaders" of the black community that made it a racist issue and the "leaders" are the ones that used the black community as a bunch of pawns to get what they wanted. I think the black community should be outraged about THAT and not that some big shot kid attacked someone and got killed. Probably for political reasons such as gun control, but this is just speculation.

The thing many people don't understand is regardless of color, of EITHER party, the verdict would have been the same. Verdicts are arrived at by logical examination of evidence, not fantasy and ill feelings towards another group. That's dark age kinda stuff and has no place in our society. If that's how you want to live, move to Uganda where they still burn witches or Yemen where they stone little girls for getting raped.

People ALWAYS offer money for defense. You think the Martin family didn't get 10x the amount of money that Zimmerman did?
The defense attorney doesn't have to prove anything, they just have to make sure their client gets a fair trial... that is all.
If the prosecution can't prove it... well.. here in America you aren't convicted if there is not evidence.
