Nine weeks is a long time to flower. Do you have a loupe or scope to check trich maturity? Gonna be some knock you out couch lock ass smoke.

those sir are ready to chop, notice how all the hairs have receded back into the bud. Most new growers seem to think just looking at the trichs through a scope is how you tell for ripeness but its only one of many factors to consider. But a very good way to tell if the plant is actually reached maturity is by the way it looks with the naked eye. And when you notice that all your white hairs have turned redish brown then receded back into the buds they are certainly ready

I know but I'm still seeing lots of cloudy trichs with a few amber I need the couch lock high because I have alot of pain due to having been diagnosed with avascular necrosis I need something that will keep me out of pain

that's exactly why the hairs are the worst way to tell. Well Damn I'd say you're on your way to exactly what you need. Good work.

P.s. I'm not a new grower guy. Thanks for proving my point tho. Hairs have nothing to do with thc. The only way to tell is to look at the resin gland with a scope

I need some more thoughts RIU I'm considering harvesting tomorrow so if this is the place to be for help lets get too it. I see just a couple ambers but am I suppose to look at the entire plant with the microscope or just a few buds sites? I have a veggin female that's turning into the incredable hulk because I need the other pot the current plant that's soon to be harvested is sitting in lol,

After further inspection in natural light i may push another week guys I mean she's lookin good but there's more white hairs than I thought I have orange hairs but i have alot of white so I'm gonna push it also I didn't really see the amber glow I'm looking for, I have a 100x scope and yes RIU I've looked and only seen a few ambers so ill be patient besides this ain't my first grow.

That bud looks ripe as can be. Uniform size calyxes you can tell by the top there's going to be nothing more popping out. Every hair red and receded, looking great.

Well shit, by overall look it looks great to me. Even with a scope I can't tell the diff between the crystals I don't have the best eyes in the world. Never had that to rely on, always looked at the PLANT.

Ill keep that in mind. This girl ain't makin another week like I thought the buds feel like freakin rocks so it'll be in the final stages of darkness before I harvest.
