you can start flowering whenever u want but u wont get a very big yield if u flower when its really small. just keep in mind that plants tend to double or sometimes even triple in size during flowering

It depends on how much room you have in your grow room. Clones you can flower right away. From seed I would wait a least 2 weeks. Remember when you start to flower your plant will double in size.

Yesterday, if you really don't want a rather large plant around. How do you plan to make 12/12 occur outdoors? Tent? Panda film? Cardboard box?

moving it inside and out everyday seems like too much trouble, but I guess if that's your choice go for it. You will also have to be rather exact on your schedule (hope you don't have plans for the next 2-3 months), and the room you keep it in will smell pretty bad so I hope you have a solution for this or it's not a problem.

I over-cloned and now must move X amount of plants in and out of the bud-u-phorium every morning and evening. It is a bit of a pain, but if you schedule around your life, it's not that bad . . . I do 9 a.m. and p.m. for example.
After you get it/them into bud, it's not as critical that one is on time, as long as you hit no more than a 1/2 an hour window . . . and no, not a hermie among them, though I suspect that's how the seed got in the bag.

Ones going into dark go first here.
