is there anything else I can do to save the plant?

What setup should I use? I used nothing i just planted it straight away just to see how it will grow. Looking for a budget setup. Going to let it try first and see whats going to happen. Sorry Newbie here. used Local Fertilizer

Could anyone help me and tell me if they look healthy and if i should do something to improve the quality? I saw small worm like insects on the root. Thanks!
