Have you ever used Happy Frog Fruit and Flower indoors? If so I was wondering how I should apply it? Should I mix it in with the soil befor the transplant? I am doing 12/12 from seed so I dont know if that is to much for them. I like the frog on my outdoor spot. Nice frosty look

I was wondering if there is an advantage to using a hanging bulb over using the air cooled reflector?
space is 10 x 10 and already have 2 air cooled ones but want some input from you folks.
