    Microorganisms in Nature

I joined this site for new information. Searching through the threads and info on teas and feeds etc. I have seen that there is very little mention of the microorganism balance of the soil and compost and teas used. I am starting this thread to hopefully add a piece to the pool of knowledge...

That is a very foreign fungus for this area of the world. Thanks for the new info though. Didn't know about this fungus ant anomaly.

They love many of your usual veggie peals and fruits. Avoid onion species, garlic, chillies And a lot of citrus. They like a little bit of citrus but it can make their environment too acidic very quickly. Balance is eccential in organic methods. They like hair pockets and mango pips to make...

Do you have your own red wriggler farm for worm castings? They produce the entire range of microorganisms that exist in nature. Adding that to your soil will help to keep the right balance when you try your non tilling option..it's best that way in my personal opinion. Haven't practiced it...

I have found that when you do make a cutting from a budding tree, that you remove the old growth as she produces new growing points. Removing the old pieces of bud and leaves help reset her mind and get back her growing and production speed

Aha, I see. Sounds like an interesting mix there between the Indica and the Durban Poison. Is there any possibility that you maybe have a photo of the KwaZulu Drakensberg strain? Sounds very good to have been retained by an international company

Thank you for pointing that out. This is the point I was trying to make from the start; better to make some medicine out of the bud instead of just wasting your own effort.

Agree to disagree then. Yes some spores will stay behind in between the hash. The majority will wash out. The process of pounding and heating the hash should be enough to minimise the contamination.

I would not recommend smoking Ng the mouldy bud just like that. The spores don't burn away in the smoke. The are more hardy than that... Not good to breath that in

That is exactly my point. The mould spores will wash out, away. Not be caught in the micron sieves
