Would it be worth it to transplant even though its already been in mg for a month?

You guys are for sure right on the over watering. Its at a friends house and he never pays attention to the watering schedule that i give him. He waters almost every other day. And should i take out the humidifier since its past the seedling stage? I could add another fan where that used to be...

Forgot to mention the plant went through a three day drought and the bottom leaves turned yellow and crispy so i cut them off. Will upload a newer pic soon.
